Mediocre service visit
by Racer-X on 10/26/2023Trying to be nice here, came in for vehicle service (oil change, tire rotation, recall and complimentary car wash). The facility is clean, location is good. I think the basic needs were met, but the vehicle was not washed. In fact, when I… went to pick it up, the agent said they did a poor job of washing it...which I now understand means they just didn't wash it (it simply wasn't). This resulted in other questions, what else didn't they do?!?! To be 100% fair, service was timely and they gave me a Lyft to and from the dealership. I understand we are in differing times (unfortunate) but is customer service completely gone? The place felt....sterile....felt like it lacked culture, anima. I didn't get the impression anyone wanted to be there (sad). Perhaps I expect too much?Hi, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Mach E EV 1st service (10,000 mile)
by Geronimo on 10/08/2023Okay… not spectacular. When I returned home, I wasn’t sure if anything was done. Tire pressure indicator / warning came on as I pulled into garage, under inflated tires; about 15 miles from AutoNation Ford Scottsdale. Screen indicator… informed me that tires were 34-36 psi; tire manufacturer, & Mach E EV recommend 39 tire psi when tires are cold. Service invoice was not reviewed with me as to what was done (Multi Point inspection). 21000 points that we were awarded after we purchased Mach E had expired; I wanted to use them for maintenance service charges if any. We were never told that they expired One year after vehicle purchase.Hi Geronimo, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. A pretty good dealership experience
by MachE seeker on 09/25/2023Had shopped for a Mach e for fairly long time because of how the market was (didn’t need right away and not interested in “market adjustments”). Found one on edmunds and got a price quote online. Was the best of all quotes in the Valley.… In light of the incentives It didn’t make sense not to buy. Went to the dealership and they did honor the quoted price eventually (a little back & forth on dealer add ons, but it’s a dealership so it’s to be expected I guess). Financial side went ok. A little more pressure there but we have been able to initiate necessary corrections so far. That hiccup has me stuck between a 4 and 5 star experience. On the assumption it will resolve, I’m giving the 5 but if it doesn’t it would knock it down to 4.Hi Mache, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Called Tues to check status of vehicle, service mgr never returned call. Happy With The Sales Process
by Tracy C. on 09/15/2023I was able to test drive the car I wanted, there were a couple items I had an issue with the specific car, and they got it in the agreement to have it taken care of. They have a no haggle policy which is a pro and a con, you know the price… that it is, that’s the price. But they were able to include those couple of items I wanted to be taken care of. Since I live a little while away, They stayed late that day to make sure I was taken care of. Seems less financing with my Bank of America Pre approval. I felt that the sales person could have pointed out even more features on the car, but over all it was a great experience.Hello there, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. A few glitches
by MikeC855 on 09/01/2023When I first picked up my truck the AC didn't work and Jess immediately sent it to the shop. About an hour later I picked up the truck and was told it was just low on refrigerant. I drove to our cabin near Flagstaff and to my surprise three… days later all the refrigerant had leaked out and the AC only blew warm air. I contacted Jess and Chris and they got me scheduled in the shop the following Monday. This may sound like a horror story but I really commend Jess and Chris for diligently following up and getting the problem corrected. My only issue is during the used vehicle inspection and prep someone should have noticed the AC wasn't working and when it was sent to the shop the first time a thorough evaluation should have been conducted. Refrigerant does not just dissipate unless there is a leak. I give the sales staff an A+ for customer satisfaction and the used vehicle inspection/prep team a C- for missing a key component for driving in the 115+ temps we have been having. The service department gets a pass this time around since they seem to have gotten it right the second time.Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Great Customer Service
by Melanie on 08/08/2023My splash guard became detached on two corners. I didn't have an appointment but tried my luck as a walk-in. They took my car and fit in the repair during the day. On my drive in my TPMS light came on, I didn't mention anything to my… service advisor since I was a walk-in and really just wanted the splash guard re-attached (and I could put air in my tires later). They put air in all 4 tires without me asking.
