    The older gentleman that checked me in was great! However my service advisor made it clear he hated his job, customers, and probably life. Good grief this guy was absolutely rude and miserable. I’ll go out of my way to go somewhere else to get an oil change next time!

    Had a great experience getting our Jeep Wave service - oil change and tire rotation at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM & FIAT North Phoenix. Our service advisor Nicholas Thomas was very professional, friendly, humorous, and knowledgeable. He took care of our vehicle's service, had it washed, and it left the dealership in great shape.

    I got in the day after Christmas. I was told they were down techs but the gentleman (short, thin and very energetic) promised to do the best he could. I wish I could remember his name). After the oil change, tire rotation and a new battery, he apologized for taking so long. I told him that this was the fastest service I had ever received at Autonation and thanked him. I very much appreciated his efforts. Oh yes, the coffee was as good as ever.

    Guy was able to get us in, in a timely manner. He diagnosed the problem, and the mechanic confirmed the same issue. They gave me a price, and that was the price when it was all said and done. They were able to make the repair a lot faster than I originally anticipated. They were great, and Guy; he's the best ! Thanks Guy.

    My husband and I “thought” we bought a car on Friday night. There was minor repair needed, we signed the papers and walked out. Saturday morning we received a call that the part needed to be ordered and that it would be ready Tuesday. Late Tuesday afternoon we called, no response, so my husband drove to the dealer. Come to find out, they sold the car the day before. So unethical! No consideration, no professionalism! Avoid this dealer!

  • This was an awful car buying experience

    The sales guy my wife and I had during the sales process was really just the worst. He was talking louder than any human should ever talk in a public setting, and trying to over-compensate for something using very weird body language and not being accommodating in the slightest towards the end of the deal process. We sat there around ~5 hours. He was pushy and taking advantage of the ridiculous used car market at the time of the transaction. "Zero negotiation." (for a 13 year old truck, ugh give me a break man, just unreal) Also, was providing zero transparency into certain aspects of the 'deal' we made. Experiences like this make me happy to know that dealerships like this will soon be a thing of the past - as buying cars online is just 10000x better, My last two vehicle purchases were completely online and just so much better than whatever this turned into. Really recommend you take your business elsewhere, as I will not even bring my vehicle in for service there. Rather just go to a mechanic that I trust because these guys are snake oil salesmen.

    I had a great experience purchasing my new RAM 1500 from AutoNation. Bryan G was very low pressure, helpful and forthcoming with information before I even came into the dealership. He had the vehicle in which I was interested ready for me to test drive. The pricing discussions were transparent and it was a simple process from selecting a new vehicle to drive it home. I will be back when it's time for our next vehicle purchase.

  • Wasted four days of my time.

    Found the vehicle that I wanted to purchase online - completed the process online. Was offered all pricing, incentives, finance options, tax, tile, doc fees and bottom line price and monthly payment amount on a car that had a vin number and stock number and was verified to be on the lot. Completed all paperwork for credit and approved for best finance options based on credit score. (was even told that we were "good at paying our bills") Scheduled an appointment to sign and take delivery only be told once we arrived that what was offered to us online would not be offered to us during this final step. In addition to this they added other fees - like window tinting for $600 more - that was not on the original quoted price online. Looking for any way to make more money. Red flags along the way should have tipped us off that this was not the "different experience" that was sold to us by the salesman when we first walked in. Even he said this was not right and they should make it right. “If I was his brother, he would tell me not to buy it" because of this shady practice. At least the sales guy was HONEST and hardworking - but once things fell out of his control the disaster that is Autonation USA in North Phoenix revealed that they are just another deceitful organization trying to manipulate as much money out of your pocket as they can. Even got a little "if you don't buy this today" pressure at the end after all this. Luckily in a world that is heavily dominated by online shopping and customer reviews we are able to show and tell what is really happening. There are plenty of cars and dealerships out there but I won’t be able to get back these last 4 days of my life.

  • Master Mechanic and Great Service

    When I brought my car in, it was making a strange noise that needed a diagnosis. I decided to wait at the dealership to find out what was wrong. I learned it was going to cost several hundred dollars to fix. After several hours of waiting, my car was finally ready. The Valet pulled it up, I got in and turned the key. Nothing. I had an instant feeling a dread. After all the waiting, my car was not starting. Then I realized, It Did Start! It started up so quietly and was running so smoothly that I couldn't hear it or feel it. Unbelievable! It continued to start silently for the next two days. Now, I can hear it start very quietly. The engine is still running silently. The very talented auto service technician did a great job!! Maureen, my very attentive service adviser, was professional, helpful, friendly, kind, as usual. This was an expensive repair for me, but the payoff was amazing. I didn't know cars (other than electric) could run so quietly and smoothly. I think it might even be quieter than when it was new. Yeah, I recommend this place!

    I dealt with car salesman Francis (Manager, Gaston) I arrived with my TrueCar offer and a exclusive bonus cash offer to get the best deal out the door. Francis agreed to honor both of my offers and recorded the offer code (MC2827622372) to come and find out I got the selling price for a lot higher than the TrueCar offer and did not even apply the Bonus cash offer that I was entitled to. I confirmed with other local dealerships and was told I in fact got con by the dealership personnel. I called to try to get a hold of Francis and ask the questions on why they didn’t apply or even sold me the car for the price they said they would honor he was no where around, when I spoke to (manager) Gaston and I question him, he said he didn’t know anything about it and that he didn’t know what Francis had told me to come to a deal agreement. I thought I was paying the taxes and fees of the extra thousands I got cheated out of. Correctional officer and these guys here are [non-permissible content removed]!
