If I could leave a “0” I would!

My husband and I “thought” we bought a car on Friday night. There was minor repair needed, we signed the papers and walked out. Saturday morning we received a call that the part needed to be ordered and that it would be ready Tuesday. Late Tuesday afternoon we called, no response, so my husband drove to the dealer. Come to find out, they sold the car the day before. So unethical! No consideration, no professionalism! Avoid this dealer!

My husband DID speak to your manager, who offered no explanation, or apology. We wasted 5 days dealing with you people. We will never set foot on your lot again!
