    For whatever reason, my appt. was incorrectly entered for the wrong month. But my service advisor got my service done anyway in the same amount of time. I am here by choice. I bought my Jeep at another dealer I did not want to do business with (but they had the car I wanted), and another Jeep dealer much closer to my home I also do not want to do business with. I have never been disappointed here.

    The worst experience of my life! Took them 5 days to see if I was going to be approved and still the vehicle I purchased has a broken touch screen!! A broken wiper blade and the door panels are lifting (I knew about the doors). But still not ever recommending this dealership to anyone!!!!!!

  • Better than it used to be...

    I used to dread having to take our vehicle here for service. The communication was horrid, they were short staffed all the time, and wait times where the worst. This last visit however to get an oil change and repair done on a bad hub was much better. Seems they have a full service team and communication has vastly improved. Hope they can keep these guys around.

  • They completely forgot about my truck

    Dropped my truck off on a Sunday as requested. I confirmed that they had received my truck on Monday and reminded them I would be back in town to pick up on Thursday afternoon. I reached out and left messages for both the service advisor and acting service manager for an update on Wednesday without a response. When I arrived on Thursday to pick up nobody had any idea what had been done to my truck. They completely forgot about it but I offered to leave it to get repairs completed but I needed a loaner truck for my job as a contractor. They denied the use of a truck so I took my truck to a different service center.

  • Dishonest Dealership

    Purchased a used vehicle from here Sunday, June 25th, it was the first and last time I will do business with this dealer. I initially went down on Friday the 23rd to check out the vehicle. During the test drive I had pointed out the AC wasn’t blowing very hard or cold and asked if they’d fix it, otherwise I didn’t want the vehicle. They agreed that they would and would let me know when it was done. Saturday I get a text from my sales guy that they fixed it and if I wanted to put a deposit down to ensure the vehicle wasn’t sold. I put down a deposit and went in Sunday to finish the deal and pick up the vehicle. On my hour drive home, I notice the air pressure coming out of the vents is still not as it should be and the air still isn’t cooling like it should be. I reached back out to my sales guy the next day telling him what’s going on and if they could dive deeper into the issue or if I just bring the truck back and go a different route, since I have a 5 day return window. Im told it won’t come to me needing to return the truck, that they’d fix it. The text I have from my sales guy reads “My GM said “If its having an issue, we would fix it. As that was part of the deal in the first place. No reason for him to worry about the 5 day.”” Conveniently, they wouldn’t be able to get me in to take a look at the issue further until the following week, outside of my 5 day return window. Against my better judgement, I went out on faith that they would honor this and make it right. I took the vehicle in Monday, July 3rd since that was the soonest I could get in to have it looked at. My sales guy wasn’t in, so another guy helped me out. After spending the better part of the day waiting for a part to come in and a couple more hours after that, they replaced the same part that was replaced before with no difference in result and at that point shrugged it off as if nothing further could be done, they’ve done all that they’re willing to do in replacing this one part. The original agreement wasn’t that this part be replaced, it’s that the AC issue with not blowing that hard or cold be sorted out. Of course, since I’m outside of my 5 day return window, it’s now my issue to deal with and figure out as the GM isn’t willing to take the truck back now. The GM is falling back on it being a used vehicle sold as is, but that wasn’t the case or agreement we talked about the week prior. Now I have a $33k truck with poor AC in the middle of the summer that I’ll have to dig into and figure out on my own and spend who knows what to get working properly. My only positive takeaway from this experience if I had to find one are my sales guy and the guy who helped me out this past Monday. Both of them were good and I believe made an effort, but at the end of the day they don’t have the final say and so I don’t blame them for how this turned out. I do blame the GM for not being a man of his word. It’s clear to me now that AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM North Phoenix is more concerned with churning numbers than they are about building lasting relationships with customers. One final fun fact, I almost lost control of the vehicle going around a turn on the freeway. Turns out this is due to the blown shocks on all 4 corners that they decided not to fix upon their initial inspection of the vehicle. Hopefully I don’t discover some other corner they decided to cut to save a buck in the coming weeks of ownership.

    Made appointment to drop off my truck on a Tuesday early morning. After three days of no communication about my truck and not answering their phones !!! I Ubered back to the dealership, and they hadn’t even looked at it !!! Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. Not sure how you not answer a phone for three days ! I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone ! 👎👎👎👎👎👎

  • Michael Rousch is untrustworthy

    it started off bad with the listing on internet having 10 miles the vehicle actually had 3688. there was scratches all over the hood and a couple dings that the dealership promised to take care of. the price was ok so i was willing to overlook that as long as damages will be fixed. the salesman jose was outstanding i had a trade in vehicle (less miles on my trade in then the new car lmao) the finance guy michael rousch kept asking about add on services i told him no roughly 5 different times i told him i don’t drive the vehicle it’s always garaged and warranties are useless. example trade in i had for year and half did one oil change 3600 miles) it was right before closing the process took hours i was tired michael pushed through the contract saying the debt service and 2 other items were included in the price later when i got home i realized i was charged 639 x 3 and it was optional i was under the assumption it was like window tint included because michael said it was that was my mistake. he never once said it was additional charge and i even told him again i didn’t want any addon services he asked again. i left got home realized the snake did those 639 charges and i immediately sent him 3 emails and still no response. i would have bought another vehicle from that store specifically Jose but the snake michael ruined any chances. jose the salesman is awesome numerous follow up calls checking how i liked it and working with me to get prior damages fixed. i hate that one person ruined my visit over $1800 while another was perfect. Jose customer service was excellent constantly asking if i needed anything while waiting and giving me status updates on where we were in process and asked if i had any questions. jose is 5 stars and the visit overall would have been 5 stars if not for michael roush zero stars. was it worth 1800$ to lose a future customer ?

  • So good almost felt like a steal

    I have visited here 2 times for work on my 2020 Dodge Journey Crossroad and both times were great. Making thee appointment is easy they have both online or over the phone... I did over the phone.. Each time I was able to bring my car either the next day or day after... The staff is so friendly && most importantly THEY LISTEN TO THE CONCERN.. the customer waiting area was nice too had a TV free coffee an water. I brought my own lunch the best time they have tables so I was able to eat relax while my car got worked on... The second time I had to leave my car for work and they made sure I got home with a courtesy Lyfe.. before any work was done I was educated and informed of everything an was able to make the executive decision on what I wanted done.. really left me feeling like me and my wallet were in control. Both times I left out feeling Good about my decision to go to them. && Most importantly the problems I came to them with where fixed. Will definitely be returning

  • Poor Service

    They had my truck for over 8 hours and never did a diagnostic on it but every time called to check on my vehicle the said there was a $185 diagnostic fee even though i have a extended warranty through Autonation. Also my service advisor was late that day and they would do anything with my truck until she came in . I felt like they don't have ample staff on the weekends because they kept asking me to let them keep my truck until Tuesday. I took my truck to Larry Miller Dodge surprise and they were able to figure out what the issue with the truck was with in a hour and had my truck fixed. I wait maybe 2 1/2 hours. Thank you Autonation Dodge for wasting 8 hour of my day and you still weren't able to get the Job done. Thank you Larry H Miller Dodge surprise for fixing my truck when Autonation couldn't.
