They completely forgot about my truck

onDropped my truck off on a Sunday as requested. I confirmed that they had received my truck on Monday and reminded them I would be back in town to pick up on Thursday afternoon. I reached out and left messages for both the service advisor and acting service manager for an update on Wednesday without a response. When I arrived on Thursday to pick up nobody had any idea what had been done to my truck. They completely forgot about it but I offered to leave it to get repairs completed but I needed a loaner truck for my job as a contractor. They denied the use of a truck so I took my truck to a different service center.
