    Liberty Buick service was excellent. Colette had service organized and technician followed up with expedient service. Car was washed and cleaned inside after service.

  • Lousy mechanics.

    From a cross threaded oil drain plug 6 months ago to cross threaded radiator cap 4 weeks ago and then mysteriously my heater hose is pulled from the core on the firewall and leaking the same day i get home from your mechanic replacing the said cross threaded radiator cap. I don't believe in coincidence and you can never earn my trust back. Now my car sits in the driveway leaking fluid because of your inept service department that claims 2 times in 3 weeks they did an inspection and found nothing, either they're blind or spiteful. Personally i say both. Doesn't matter they're doing this to a car driven by my 83 year old mother does it? . Pathetic excuse for a service department.

  • New tire install

    During a trip from Las Vegas to Mesa I ran over a screw and the tire could not be patched. I ended up at Liberty Buick because they were the only auto service provider in the greater metro area with the matching tire. My advisor Matt Steigerwald did a great job of taking care of me from the time I arrived at the dealer to when I left.

    I am a customer for 9 years and just had my first oil change on my new Enclave. I have always had a super experience here at Liberty. Jim is my service person .   • Air conditioning blower motor replacement

    First of all, they didn’t comment about the blower motor when replaced the new carbon filter a week ago. It was making noise once it turned the fan speed up in the following day, so I was wondering that air conditioning was totally fine before its replacement. Now telling me dubious about how come they didn’t notice in the first place. Furthermore, I called the other dealership about causing problem, mentioning that it could cause when the new carbon filter placed in a improper way. So I decided that I came back here today at Liberty Buick dealership service to fix the problem without any cost as I expected but they told me that the blower motor worn out so it should be replaced. OMG!!! It is unbelievable. I never ever come back again. It is another bad experience at the dealership!!!

    Had my 2021 Buick Enclave serviced. They were quick (done faster than expected) and thorough as indicated in the inspection performed. All my questions were answered and I would recommend both buying and servicing vehicles from Liberty Buick.

    Jim Firth and the staff at Liberty Buick are simply the best. My wife's Enclave was leaking oil. They scheduled us right away, called within a couple of hours to tell us that they found the problem. They repaired it, washed the vehicle and had it ready in no time at all. To top it off, they did not charge us for the repair. Jim has shown us time and time again what true customer service is.

    Jim( svc mgr)determined the problem with shimmy inthe front end was able to eliminate the problem with less than $1000 cost to me This included 4 new tires allignment and balancing plus a road hazard policy for five years

    I am a Canadian Snowbird wintering in AZ and own a 2012 Buick GS still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. I attended Liberty Buick to have warranty work done and service my vehicle. My initial employee contact was with Service Consultant Scott BEISNER whom I found to be very courteous, knowledgable and professional to deal with. An appointment was made and the work was completed entirely to my satisfaction. I found any personnel I had dealings with at Liberty to be accomodating and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending their service to any of my friends who reside in my AZ community.

    First time in 6/14/13 complain of music skips, navigation errors and excessive radio warming and turning off by itself. they tested the radio it failed and they replaced it. Nav was corrected but still had skips in the music and mind you this is a flash drive it should not be skipping! They tried to blame the flash drive, bought another one still skipping but it did not skip in the loaner car! Try again, please! So they tested that radio which suppose to be a new one they just installed and it to failed. So they replaced it with another radio. Hope it works!

    This is the second service I have had on my Enclave since I purchased it last year. Not only is the sales department awesome so is the service department. As was the first service the second service was finished before the time I was given. Excellent service department. I drove from Cottonwood, Az to purchase my car and I still drive the hour and 45 minutes to have it serviced by Liberty. That is just how good they are.
