First time in 6/14/13 complain of music skips, navigation errors and excessive radio warming and turning off by itself. they tested the radio it failed and they replaced it. Nav was corrected but still had skips in the music and mind you this is a flash drive it should not be skipping! They tried to blame the flash drive, bought another one still skipping but it did not skip in the loaner car! Try again, please! So they tested that radio which suppose to be a new one they just installed and it to failed. So they replaced it with another radio. Hope it works!
