First of all, they didn’t comment about the blower motor when replaced the new carbon filter a week ago. It was making noise once it turned the fan speed up in the following day, so I was wondering that air conditioning was totally fine before its replacement. Now telling me dubious about how come they didn’t notice in the first place. Furthermore, I called the other dealership about causing problem, mentioning that it could cause when the new carbon filter placed in a improper way. So I decided that I came back here today at Liberty Buick dealership service to fix the problem without any cost as I expected but they told me that the blower motor worn out so it should be replaced. OMG!!! It is unbelievable. I never ever come back again. It is another bad experience at the dealership!!!
