    I was very impressed by being able to walk around and look at cars and a salesman did not come out until we asked him to. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

  • Dismissive Management/ Poor attitudes

    The Manager was very dismissive of my concerns about my appointment and addressing the situation with my service writer Johnny. Was if I was bothering him upon arrival. Very disappointing experience. Not sure the managers name but he was a Male and would barely even let me get in a word on the phone and eventually stoped taking and hung up. Going to Local Mechnics from now on. Do yourself a favor and Stay away from this facility.

    I needed an ail change and tire rotation. My service advisor was Donny Murphy and he did an excellent job of explaining everything they would do, above and beyond regular service, He answered all my questions regarding purchasing new tires in the near future, and my experience with AutoNation Service department has always been a quick and smooth process.

    Went in for an oil change which only includes a tire rotation and not the balance. I just had both done and my car was running fabulously, I asked the Service Advisor not to touch the tires I already had them done. So, when I pick up my car, I can tell right away they had touched my tires. I reached out and was told to bring my car back but if it was shaking the balance was not done correctly, well as far as I was concerned it was done correctly since it was running so smooth. They offered to reverse the rotation and to my surprise the tires still shake, I feel they messed it up they should fix it but no such luck. So now I have to go back to the original place to get them balanced again so only 4 times to get what was done right the first time.

    Honestly I wanted to leave a good review but can't. I bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Silverado Z71, 6.2 l. The manager gave me an excellent deal and the salesman has been friendly, but lots of problems.

    We were stranded. Our vehicle had some electrical issue and was unsafe to drive. These guys helped us get a tow to the shop and got us take. Care of in just a matter of a couple hours. Very thankful for the Mesa team

    Brought my car in for oil change and radio problem, the car sat for four days they never touched it, they told me it would go into next week, I went back the next week and was told it may take a month, to say I’m disappointed would be a understatement.

    I had multiple small issues to have looked at on my Traverse. One was a fairly big repair and they were able to warranty it. The next was actually a normal way of operation for this vehicle. Both of these were explained perfectly. My service writer was so kind too; I ask a lot of questions.

  • Lying and no response

    While purchasing a car the mechanic had made a grave mistake and fryed electrical components to no fault of ours but we got massive delays, money taken out of our pockets (for rental) lyed to attempted push off to just anything on ther lot whin nothing else intrested us ....told car would be ready then not parts are in then not we'll help with rental then not ect ect ect. 4 times had to go get with someone face to face to get any anser. Could go in depth but probably not enough space.oh was told upon finally picking up the car the 2 issues would be addressed buy the next day and it's now 1week and a day with no response. Then ther finance person didn't do what was required to the loan check from my bank and I had to go back to them with a new one for ther mistake (the 4th) and sent a e-mail to the store manager 2nd time to not even a sorry out of anyone.

  • Terribles experience misleading service

    I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with auto nation, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change at a specific time during the day, and I was informed that it would take approximately one hour to complete. However, to my dismay, what was supposed to be a quick service turned into a never-ending ordeal. Upon arriving at the designated time, I was greeted by a disorganized and chaotic atmosphere. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to handle the influx of customers. Despite my scheduled appointment, I was left waiting for an excruciatingly long duration of five hours before my vehicle was even touched. The lack of communication and transparency from automation was truly appalling. Their failure to manage expectations by providing accurate timeframes for the service is a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. I understand that delays can occur, but the complete absence of updates or apologies made the situation even more frustrating. Moreover, the quality of the service itself was subpar. After such an extensive waiting period, I expected a thorough and meticulous oil change. However, I discovered that corners were cut, and the work performed on my vehicle felt rushed and haphazard. This lack of attention to detail further undermines my trust in automation 's ability to provide reliable automotive services. Overall, my experience with automation ] was nothing short of a nightmare. From the excessively long wait time to the lackluster service, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient oil change. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a more competent and customer-oriented service provider.

  • Michael Fiala is the Best!

    Had to have an AC vent replaced under warranty. When I arrived, Michael was smiling and greeted me with a hand shake. I know nothing about cars so I always feel uneasy around mechanics but he made me feel right at home. Two vents were to be replaced but they received only one correct vent so they had to order another. He apologized profusely so I was OK with it. Had to make another trip but he was just as friendly. A good experience. Vents work great.

    Although my family and I were there pretty much all day, it was still a good experience. Steve was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions and tool the time to show me multiple cars that fit what I wanted. He listened to what I wanted and wasn't pushy at all.
