I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with auto nation, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change at a specific time during the day, and I was informed that it would take approximately one hour to complete. However, to my dismay, what was supposed to be a quick service turned into a never-ending ordeal. Upon arriving at the designated time, I was greeted by a disorganized and chaotic atmosphere. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to handle the influx of customers. Despite my scheduled appointment, I was left waiting for an excruciatingly long duration of five hours before my vehicle was even touched. The lack of communication and transparency from automation was truly appalling. Their failure to manage expectations by providing accurate timeframes for the service is a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. I understand that delays can occur, but the complete absence of updates or apologies made the situation even more frustrating. Moreover, the quality of the service itself was subpar. After such an extensive waiting period, I expected a thorough and meticulous oil change. However, I discovered that corners were cut, and the work performed on my vehicle felt rushed and haphazard. This lack of attention to detail further undermines my trust in automation 's ability to provide reliable automotive services. Overall, my experience with automation ] was nothing short of a nightmare. From the excessively long wait time to the lackluster service, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient oil change.
