Dismissive Management/ Poor attitudes

onThe Manager was very dismissive of my concerns about my appointment and addressing the situation with my service writer Johnny. Was if I was bothering him upon arrival. Very disappointing experience. Not sure the managers name but he was a Male and would barely even let me get in a word on the phone and eventually stoped taking and hung up. Going to Local Mechnics from now on. Do yourself a favor and Stay away from this facility.
