Went in for an oil change which only includes a tire rotation and not the balance. I just had both done and my car was running fabulously, I asked the Service Advisor not to touch the tires I already had them done. So, when I pick up my car, I can tell right away they had touched my tires. I reached out and was told to bring my car back but if it was shaking the balance was not done correctly, well as far as I was concerned it was done correctly since it was running so smooth. They offered to reverse the rotation and to my surprise the tires still shake, I feel they messed it up they should fix it but no such luck. So now I have to go back to the original place to get them balanced again so only 4 times to get what was done right the first time.
