    Took our vehicle in for standard maintenance check. Had oil change and tires checked. Tires we replaced there about 6-7 months ago so they just filled them to standard weight. Very pleased with what was went over at the end of service… with our service advisor and the short wait.

    I scheduled my service. When I came in to drop off my vehicle, I was not expecting to have to wait 27 min before I could leave. I left before I even talked to anyone except the person who met me at my truck. Then the waiting started. I get… it that people and businesses are busy; my time is also valuable.

  • Lease Buyout

    Went in to buyout my lease with cash (no financing). Took 2 hours and 10 minutes!! To start with the sales manager wanted to add a $300 inspection fee that wasn't included on the closing paperwork they sent to me. After I refused to pay… it I was told the Regional Manager had waived that fee for all lease buyouts (why didn't the sales manager know??). Then we were told the car would be washed and filled up - neither of which were done. Sent a text to the salesman about the wash and gas but no response 4 days later.

    Horrible! Took my vehicle in for a small engine leak they did an evaluation and said $3600. They did the work picked up vehicle oil leak much worse. Have asked 2 times to speak with GM will not call me back.

    Dior was a great salesperson. Was last appointment of the day, at no point did I feel like he cared about being there that late. He even drove my car home for me because I didn't have any other option that day. Finance was easy, I told them… what I could do and he worked with me. Great experience!

    Been scheduled 3 times for same service on new C8 and they still have not fixed! I known problem according to dealer and still can't get problem fixed. Very disappointed

    warranty sales person was extremely pushy, after several time my wife told him no he insisted using the line "think of your family". at one point my wife informed him that she needed to leave and she needed to sign remaining documents so… she can be on her way because she had to go to work but he kept insisting, again she said she had to leave because she was going to be late for work and still this person did not care, finally my wife left very frustrated and stressed due to this person being rude and pushy. she ended up arriving to work late and received a write up. I wrote this same review to the dealer and all I got was an automated response. we did leave with the vehicle due to everything being done and down payment being given. my wife had to return the next day to undo the warranty paperwork she did the day before. if we knew it was going to be that painful we wouldn't have purchased the vehicle.

    We purchased a $20,000 vehicle from Autonation Chevy in a matter of two days. This is my sons first car, and we had actually settled on another car from another dealership. But they were dragging their feet in getting it inspected, so we… continued looking. We found a better car at Autonation Chevy, which was being inspected the first time we visited. Our salesperson, Justin, was super nice, very knowledgeable, and extremely responsive whenever we texted with a question. Since this vehicle was a manual transmission, and my son was just learning (and I don’t know how to drive manual), Justin delivered this car to our home. I highly recommend this dealership, and Justin!
    • My Experience buying a vehicle with Autonation was great. I spoke with Jake prior to coming to arriving at the dealership. To let him know what I was looking for. When I arrived we talked for a minute. They he pulled the vehicle around I took a road test and I was in love with my Traverse. I asked for the total out the door. Jacob went over and got the numbers for me. There was a short waiting process for finance once that was done I was out the door and on the road. The general manager came over he said hello and congratulations before I left.

    My wife and I decided it was time to replace her car that was giving us some issues so we set off to the auto mall in hopes to find something we could settle on. We went to a few different dealerships and test drove some different cars and… it was the typical salesman over and over. We headed over to automation Chevrolet and it was completely dark by the time we got to the lot. At first, we were almost turned off because we were walking around the lot and hadn’t been greeted by anyone but we looked anyway and after going inside to find someone to ask questions, Justin immediately stepped up and took care of us! He answered all questions we had and made sure that we were comfortable every step of the way. It never felt like he was pushing us in any direction all while being a fantastic salesman and person. In fact, since we were around the same age, it felt like I was talking to a long time buddy rather than car salesman. Buying a car is always going to be a long process but Justin definitely eased that process. Congrats on the upcoming baby once again Justin!

    I recently saw a Certified Chevy Volt for sale at AutoNation. From my initial inquiry to my purchase a few days later I had nothing but courteous and professional service from the personnel that i dealt with. This was my first car purchase… that was conducted online and by the phone and from my experience with AutoNation of Gilbert, Az. i would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future. They knew I was buying from a distance of almost 2000 miles and had everything ready when i got to the dealership to pick up the car. A first class experience

    My issues deal with the installation of products - one of which was never delivered - and the care of my vehicle when it was at the dealership. The sale was executed 11/13/20 but I didn't get my vehicle until 12/16/20, and that was only… because I got tired of waiting for a part that was long overdue. I purchased the vehicle with additional products to be added on after the fact: a roll bar and a cold-air intake. I was told on the day I purchased that it would take 7-10 days for these parts to be delivered and installed. I received a text from my sales consultant exactly two weeks later to inform me that the rollbar was received and would be installed that day (11/27) however the cold air intake was still back-ordered. Two weeks later (12/14) and with no new update, I texted the sales rep to cancel any remaining orders, refund me my money for the parts, and deliver the vehicle. The rep delivered the truck on 12/16. He informed me that a check request was made for the cold-air intake, and once issued, I could pick it up at the dealership or it could be mailed. Who knows how long I will have to wait for that? Upon delivery, the exterior was washed but the interior was dirty. The "new car smell" was now replaced with cigarette smoke. The media screen was smudged and the driverside door had scuffmarks from shoes. When I went to park the vehicle in my garage, I looked at the odometer: it had 333 miles. When I signed my sales paperwork, the odometer had 57 miles on it. Deducting the mileage for the drive from the dealership to my home (39 miles), how does a parked vehicle accrue 237 miles? It wouldn't require a test-drive of over 200 miles to ensure the roll bar was attached properly. I assume what happened is that my new truck was used for a combination of test-drives and/or errands. This is totally unacceptable: I didn't give anyone permission to use my vehicle for any of these tasks. I left it there after the purchase - with their permission - in order for them to easily install the products I purchased. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this dealership.

    Great service! Andrew my service advisor, was wonderful. I was pleased with the service I received from my initial appointment to assess the damage to my rear antenna and base, the speed in which the replacement parts arrived, and to the… work done for the repair. Even though they were busy they were able to squeeze my car in and get it completed in a short period of time.

    Best Car Buying Experience EVER! After several disappointing, frustrating, horrible experiences at other dealerships, we purchased our 2013 Toyota Tundra from AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert. Everyone was so pleasant to work with. No games.… Just fair prices and without the haggling. We bought for lower than we found anywhere else, and we got more for our trade than anyone else was willing to give us. Nivram Acoff was wonderful to work with and would recommend you call him if you need a good vehicle. Randy the Manager was also great! There was a little shake in the steering wheel when we test drove it, and as soon as we got back to the lot, Randy took it out to check out the problem and put it right into the service center to be fixed...all before we even decided to buy it. Problem was solved right away and we drove away very happy customers!! Thanks to the entire staff at AutoNation!
