AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert
Dealership Service Review
Had to leave my car at the shop “in line” just to get diagnosed. The issue should’ve been covered under recall but the person who is in charge of deciding whether or not to cover it decided not to. I was told by GM customer er service (phone) that if it was a recalled issue, it would be covered. That’s the only reason I took my car to the dealership. I was quoted 1.5 hrs labor and a waived diagnostic fee. Rafael tried to charge the diagnostic fee & 2 hrs of labor when my car was ready and I had to remind him what he had already quoted. Customer Service offered to try to get me some cash assistance but never followed up any of my calls. I should never have had this many issues. My car was also obviously left outside in the rain and was covered in dirt…couldn’t even rinse my car. Horrible.
