A Long Wait

I made an appointment for warranty work on my 2021 Suburban. It sat for 10 days before being evaluated. Once the bent push rod was diagnosed it took another 2 weeks to repair. A total of 24 days to get my vehicle. My service advisor (Kiara Raske) did an excellent job of keeping me up to date on the status of the repair.
