    I was one of the rare occasions in which my brand new car I ordered was crashed while in transport from the assembly plant (bad luck, I know!). As seems to be the new norm, vehicle allocations nowadays are at a premium as there are too few to go around. The manager stepped in, made sure I was taken care of ASAP and followed through until the end. In this day and age where customers feel less valued because retailers seem to say “if you don’t buy it, the next person will”, this dealership went against the grain and proved they are still all about the customer. It’s a refreshing feeling when a business tells an individual customer they matter and then they follow through, proving they are more than just talk. Well done a Auto Nation Chevrolet of Gilbert!

    Very friendly and efficient, had the oil changed all fluids checked and the tires rotated. Took 1.5 hrs as they were very busy that day, therefore they evidently didn’t have time to wash it as they usually do but the waiting area is clean and comfortable and they also have coffee and a snack machine and soda machine

    Was greeted by Josh, he immediately went to assist another customer & had zero contact thereafter. I met Karin who did the actual assistance with paperwork. Met Carlos Benjamin & then Kenny. Kenny began paperwork in advance of payment which was to be completed Tuesday morning after CB I acquired needed cashiers check. I mentioned to Carlos that the engine compartment needed better cleaning & Karin stated he would take care of that. Tuesday morning I returned with the requested funds, completed signing paperwork and received keys from Karin. I checked the engine compartment & it was not professionally cleaned, a real let down. I pointed the existing dirt to Karin, & my disgust with the insufficient alleged cleanup of the engine compartment. At no time did anyone offer to explain any interior functions of the vehicle. I did not request a test drive as I had completel trust in the pre-inspection of this vehicle. I do want to thank Kenny for the professional assistance but wish Carlos or Karin would have visually inspected the engine compartment prior to my arrival.

    Jennifer made my appointment , and got me in and out quickly. She even wanted to know if I would like My Car washed..also one of the Service Writers Lifted the hood of My Equinox and answered ( Hands on ) a service question I had about my Battery.. awesome Service Crew at Gilbert Auto Nation.

  • Great Local People, Horrible Chevy Experience

    The service people and area were wonderful and the service itself was quick. However, I told the about my transmission slipping when it shifts from 1-2nd gears and apparently Chevy states this is "normal" and has a guide saying nothing needs to be fixed. I refuse to believe that gear slippage is "normal". The only option I was given was "call corporate and complain because we can't do anything about it". After researching Chevy transmissions, this has been a known problem for a long time and Chevy hasn't figured out a way to fix this transmission. I purchased my brand new Silverado with 6 miles on it. Not sure I'd buy a brand Chevy again.

    Preston, my advisor, kept me informed and was clear what ought to be done. Left the decision up to me for service needs. I chose to do part the month and scheduled the rest for next month. The team that performed my trucks service were respectful of my vehicle. Left it sparking clean, even vacuumed. Great job!

    They had our truck for 3 weeks just to do an oil change. They continue to say there's nothing else wrong with it but when we drive it there definitely is. They claimed they drove it but they didn't and pushed it through so they didn't have to keep it on their books longer.

  • 3 hour long pil change with an appointment?

    It's a little ridiculous it takes 3+ hours to do an oild with an appointment set. With an appointment slot taken it should only take (max) hour to do an oil change. Why do you Eben do appointments when it takes so long. I drive an hour into the valley to do this and have other tasks to do as well and taking three hours to an oil change is not on that list. Hire more techs or stop taking so many appointments that you can't complete in a timely fashion, otherwise you're wasting both parties time and money. Also when someone asks for how long give them an honest answer instead of [non-permissible content removed] the time. That really irritated me telling one thing and it was double to triple that tike frame.
