Good service but took way too long

onI made an appointment for 8:30am to get my tires taken off, placed in new factory rims, and put back on the car. It took nearly 6 hours to get the simple job that should’ve taken an hour to get done. I was sitting there waiting the entire time as I didn’t make plans to leave since I had an early appointment and assumed it would be short. Any tire shop could have done the job. I learned very quickly (or slowly I guess) that an appointment first thing in the morning does not mean they will be working on your car anytime soon. They did good work, but I guess it should be good when it takes six times longer than necessary to do.
