The waiting area was unpleasant
by Alisarvi on 12/05/2023The waiting room was unpleasant, the one tv played infomercial about medical care costs for the entire time. Attempted to change the channel but it didn’t work. The only redeeming thing about it was the comfort manager guy, he was so nice!!… It also took 2 and half hours for an oil change by appointment. Maintenance

Oil change and tire rotation service
by Doreenp on 11/29/2023I was very pleased with with promptness of checking in at my appointment time. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. My car was ready under that time. My only complaint was that I forgot to mention I had an email coupon which… would have lowered my final cost. In previous visits When I have checked out before, my service technician had always looked to see if any coupons were available. So it would have been nice if technician had done that for me since I had forgotten.Hi, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us. Recall service
by beckypz on 11/19/2023I was out of the country when I got the notice of the recall on my new Ayria. I made an appointment for the Friday before I was to return home and my son-in-law took the car the night before and was told their computer system was down. I… received no updates for 3 days so when I came home I called the service department and left several messages with the service manager assigned to me and to the head of the department. No one returned my calls so I ubered to the dealership to find out what happened to my car and if it the recall update was completed. The assigned service manager was not there so I asked another for help. Jeremiah Mullen immediately went to find out what had happened and although my car hadn’t been updated even though it was at the dealership for 5 days. Jeremiah immediately arranged to have the recall work completed while I waited. He saved my rating of the Auto Nation service department and I will always ask for him when making appointments in the future.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Poor Service
by Dansberry on 09/25/2023I went for a diagnostic but was never given a quote. So, when I picked up my car, I was told that the fee was $189. That morning, at 7:00am, I dropped off my car. I went to the tech who was attached to my appointment but when I went to his… desk, he told me I wasn't his customer which was fine, but he was extremely rude. I was told I'd be given a call within 2 hours, nobody ever called. Around 2pm, I called and was then told my car was ready. The technician disappeared for 20 minutes with my paperwork, so I was unable to leave until he returned, and my visor was broken.Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
