Dealership Service Review
I was out of the country when I got the notice of the recall on my new Ayria. I made an appointment for the Friday before I was to return home and my son-in-law took the car the night before and was told their computer system was down. I received no updates for 3 days so when I came home I called the service department and left several messages with the service manager assigned to me and to the head of the department. No one returned my calls so I ubered to the dealership to find out what happened to my car and if it the recall update was completed. The assigned service manager was not there so I asked another for help. Jeremiah Mullen immediately went to find out what had happened and although my car hadn’t been updated even though it was at the dealership for 5 days. Jeremiah immediately arranged to have the recall work completed while I waited. He saved my rating of the Auto Nation service department and I will always ask for him when making appointments in the future.
