onI went for a diagnostic but was never given a quote. So, when I picked up my car, I was told that the fee was $189. That morning, at 7:00am, I dropped off my car. I went to the tech who was attached to my appointment but when I went to his desk, he told me I wasn't his customer which was fine, but he was extremely rude. I was told I'd be given a call within 2 hours, nobody ever called. Around 2pm, I called and was then told my car was ready. The technician disappeared for 20 minutes with my paperwork, so I was unable to leave until he returned, and my visor was broken.
