The waiting area was unpleasant

onThe waiting room was unpleasant, the one tv played infomercial about medical care costs for the entire time. Attempted to change the channel but it didn’t work. The only redeeming thing about it was the comfort manager guy, he was so nice!! It also took 2 and half hours for an oil change by appointment. Seems crazy.
