onArrived at 7AM for 7AM appointment. Was checked in 5 minutes later by a person with the I-pad and told that Patrick would be right with me. I had arranged with a friend at work to pick me up. At 7:20 I could not longer wait because now I was making my friend late for work as well. I went in the service department and asked if Patrick had showed up yet, I was led to his desk where he was sitting drinking coffee and BSing. I was not happy and told him so. And NO! my infotainment center was not fixed and now I can't get either C-plug Auxiliary ports to work. I bought this vehicle 2 months ago and I regret the purchase.
