by November on 11/09/2018I came in for oil change and filter and a check up. Said do nothing to the tires. When called back I was asked which tire was it you needed checked? I picked up my car and drove off to find the maintenance schedule had not been reset and… the light was on my dash, also there was a plastic part laying on my floorboard. I went back and had these things corrected when I saw the AAA sign and asked could I have gotten a triple A discount? Answer was yes but too late now. I was told they were shot of help that day, not a good excuse. I was given a business card with Free oil change written on the back for my trouble. I was very disappointed in this repair visit.Thanks for leaving us this response. What is worse is they let me think they were doing it still while I sat… for an hour ( took time out of work) and they didn't do the service.Thank you for taking the time to leave us this detailed feedback. He always provides an amazing breakdown of what is needed for my vehicle and makes… it a very enjoyable experience. Ian takes the time to recommend the appropriate repairs and makes all of the Nissan services very clear to me for not only the 'what' but the 'why' for each recommendation. This has definitely extended my vehicles life, and has made being a Nissan owner a great experience for me.
