I received a call in the evening within 15 minutes of submitting a question about availability of a used car on the website. I arranged to come in the morning to see the vehicle. Although the representative I had talked to wasn't yet in, someone else was waiting for me. I test drove the car and went through the purchasing process right then. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and helpful.
