I came in for oil change and filter and a check up. Said do nothing to the tires. When called back I was asked which tire was it you needed checked? I picked up my car and drove off to find the maintenance schedule had not been reset and the light was on my dash, also there was a plastic part laying on my floorboard. I went back and had these things corrected when I saw the AAA sign and asked could I have gotten a triple A discount? Answer was yes but too late now. I was told they were shot of help that day, not a good excuse. I was given a business card with Free oil change written on the back for my trouble. I was very disappointed in this repair visit.
