Buying a car, whether new or used, can be a stressful experience. Working with Anthony at AutoNation Nissan Chandler was a breeze. He was knowledgeable, flexible, patient, and had a healthy sense of humor. I will definitely recommend this… car dealer to friends and family.

by Happyaltima on 06/30/2016Took 4 hours. Was longer than I wanted it to be. We were set on a price that I could handle. However, I did not take into consideration the extended warranty. There needs to be a way to get all the final payments locked in before going into… finance department. I know it is not mandatory to get extended warranty, but recommended. It's tough to go in and see your payments go up a lot more than you want. This is my second Altima I have purchased through this dealership. People are great and up front. Myself and the family love the car. I traded in a '12 Altima. I love the new design and I went for some better upgrades. Very happy with service and car. Just want the payments that are agreed to be the final. No surprises in finance. Thanks.Clean facilities, treated like a VIP, everyone very curteous

The second thing, I do not like is the hard sale on the extended warranty, this is a new car, but there was a hard sale to purchase the extended warranty. by JRF1450 on 08/12/2015I was on my way to an early Saturday morning golf tee time with two other golfers when my Armada's transmission broke down on the Interstate. I was able to safely coast off to the side of the freeway and called my Warranty Service Company… for Emergency Road Side Assistance and could not get a hold of anyone. Fortunately, one of our other golfing partners was not too far behind and picked us up so we did not miss our tee time. I left the key to my Armada in a safe place and called my AutoNation Service Provider, Patrick Golliher about an hour later when the Dealership opened. He helped me coordinate the tow to the Dealership and shortly after a full day of golf and safe at home, Patrick called to let me know my Armada was ready to be picked up. I could not have been more pleased. Not only was my Saturday golfing saved, I did not have to worry about getting a rental car. Too bad it did not help with my golf game but the service provided by Patrick and AutoNation was a 'hole in one' for me!Andrew was awesome!!

In love with the Juke and ended up buying the Juke SV in the solar yellow and they had… to hunt it down but I got in i about 3-4 days I can't say enough good words about Mike Roberts .Great buying experience.

In searching dealerships througout the Valley I found that… AutoNation Nissan had the best deals on Certified Pre-owned Nissans. Joseph Medina answered the inquiry I made on the dealership's website and within just a few days helped me find my beautiful new car. The experience I had with this dealership and especially Joe was actually enjoyable. He understood my financial situation and what kind of vehicle I wanted to take home. There was no pressure and nothing made me feel uncomfortable. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful 2013 Nissan Altima. After looking at many i was drawn back to Autonation Nissan Chandler. I dont… like to be hounded,nor do I like to be phoned! If I'm Interested I'll let one know... I really liked two Certified Used vehicles at one dealer and a Certified Used vhicle at another and also a New car and a Certified New at yet another dealership. After Weighing the pros the cons and the best deal and the salesman I felt most comfortable with and trusted led me back to Autonation Nissan Chandler. Eveyone at this dealership did a wonderful job!!! To the greeters,my sales professional,to the finance dept!!! They won my business and trust and Im driving my Nissan!!!!Excellent Service
by Natt4 on 01/07/2015We started looking to purchase a new car this past summer (2014). We visited AutoNation Nissan Chandler and test drove a Rogue. At the time we were comparing vehicles and doing research. My current vehicle was a Nissan and had 213,000 miles… on it, so I was favoring them, but we still wanted to shop around. The team at AutoNation were very helpful and not pushy. We went back two more times and still the sales team was patient and answered all our questions. Finally in December my loyalty to Nissan won and we had made our decision to purchase a new Rogue. We had gone in and asked for the salesman we had met with (Fabian) prior to our final visit. He unfortunately was with customers but referred us to Daniel Villalobos. Daniel once again answered all our final questions and encouraged us to take the car out again. We also worked with Mark Matthews who was extremely helpful as well. They were very busy December 30th, so Daniel and Mark both tag teamed and made sure we were well taken care of and that I was able to purchase the exact Rogue I wanted. The finance team was fantastic worked up some great numbers and really took the time to explain everything to us. Jim Bolster is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to finance and the auto industry. It was well after 10 pm and he took the time to make sure we were comfortable with our decision and had all the information on the vehicle before we walked out the door. I was not looking forward to car shopping and dealing with "car salesman" and the annoying calls after. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with AutoNation Nissan Chandler. I would definitely return in the future!Nicest sales person we've ever dealt with!!!
