by Anonymous on 01/19/2023They found the problem quickly, but man… dealers charge so much for labor. Also, I checked my tire pressure about a week after they worked on my car and one tire had 64psi. Great car service

Started out great
by BAFFLED on 12/27/2022I took my car in for service on a Monday. I was told that it would be looked at and I would get a call the next morning . Tuesday morning no call. I waited until late afternoon and called only to get a voicemail. Called back and finally… get someone on the phone.Found out the lower control arm and tire needed to be replaced. My service technician also said oh I see you need your oil changed as well so we will take care of that too. I will call you tomorrow morning and let you know the status. I got no call on Tuesday. Half way through the day I call and again I get a voicemail. I leave a message, no return call. I call back later in the day, voicemail again. I call back and get a person who tells me that part of the work is done but they are waiting on the tire to come in and I will get a call on Thursday when it was done. I wait all day Thursday and then call around 4pm because again I have been told nothing. They close at 6 so I made arrangements for someone to pick up my car. I play phone tag with 2 ladies from sales who keep transferring me to a voicemail and after about 15 minutes I get someone on the phone who says my car will be ready by 5. My car comes home I look at the receipt and don’t see anything about the oil being changed, I have the maintenance plan so they are covered. I called Thursday evening and left a voicemail to confirm if the oil had actually been changed and as of today, the following Tuesday I have received no call. As much as I paid to get my car fixed and the fact that I bought my car from that dealership I expected better service.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. So confused
by Confused on 12/21/2022Received an email on 12/2/22 on a rear visibility system recall on my Murano. I called and she said yes there is a recall on it. I get to the service dept and he states that there is no recall. Then why did I receive an email about it.… It took 3 hours for an oil change and to replace the battery. I don’t understand why it would take that long. Frustrated and confused. Not sure what to believe nor if I would go back there. Terrible experience was lied to
by A Kaizen on 12/18/2022So normally, I am extremely happy with all services I get from AutoNation Nissan Chandler. However, I’ve been extremely disappointed to say the least of lately. I purchased a car about 2 months ago. At the time of my purchase, I traded in… another vehicle. Nick was the sales guy and I advised him of the dollar amount that was still owed on my previous vehicle. I was told that anything owed over the dollar amount that my previous vehicle was appraised for would be added into my loan for my new vehicle, which I was perfectly fine with. However, I found out that the vehicle was not fully paid off, and there is still a balance left on my previous loan I immediately reached out to Nick and I asked him about it and he said that’s some thing I have to discuss with finance so I reached out to finance talk to Mike the what I believe to be the Director. I think it’s what he is now for finance. He advised me on November 9 after I contacted him that he would reach back out to me ASAP. He would bring this information to the attention in the meeting that they were supposed to have the next morning etc. He has failed to reach out to me since November 9. I have attempted to reach him on multiple occasions and he has not returned a phone call or a text message. So now I sit here with a loan balance due on my previous vehicle that now I’m going to have to pay because it will affect my credit if I don’t. To say the least they have definitely screwed me over in the situation because I am left to pay not one but two car payments. Furthermore, it infuriates me because I told Nick I would not purchase a new car if I was going to be left with a balance on my previous car. I was LIED to. I have literally gone from an extremely satisfied customer to an extremely unsatisfied customer due to this experience. So yeah if you’re looking to get screwed over right before Christmas by all means purchase a car from AutoNation Nissan Chandler.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
