So confused

onReceived an email on 12/2/22 on a rear visibility system recall on my Murano. I called and she said yes there is a recall on it. I get to the service dept and he states that there is no recall. Then why did I receive an email about it. It took 3 hours for an oil change and to replace the battery. I don’t understand why it would take that long. Frustrated and confused. Not sure what to believe nor if I would go back there. Service Advisor Julio was very nice but it took way too long.
