    We really enjoyed our sales experience there. We had good service and they were patient as we couldn’t decided between a couple of cars. They have a no hassle, or no haggle, sign up letting us know that we won’t have to play those games.… I appreciate that. HOWEVER, when we got into the finance department, that went right out of the window. We were badgered to purchase the warrantees. Not once. Not twice. But three times. It was nuts. I wish the no hassle went both ways. The pressure made me question whether the car they were selling me was not inspected like they claimed. Why else would I want a warrantee but for a car that won’t last. Outside of that, the experience went well.

    Found the 2017 Nisan Titan on Craigslist we had been looking for, talked to John and Joe in sales all questions were answered with very good knowledge of the vehicle. Told them we were in Tucson and would take a couple of hrs to get there… and what our trade in was. Joe was waiting outside when we arrived and greeted us. The truck was out front ready to be inspected, clean, serviced and ready to go even filled the tank before we left. Good price, fair trade value and very attentive. Took longer than expected for the paper work but otherwise A+.service.

    I had an issue with a Nissan Rogue not even Nissan could find a solution to my problem. I contacted Autonation Nissan Chandler. The GM Victor Zarate and his team helped me get out of the vehicle I had issues with. I got a better vehicle at… a very good deal. My next car is going to be with then again. The staff is very helpful and so professional. I highly recommend this dealership. They really care for their customers.

    Called my service rep Julio Abraham, he scheduled my on the day I was looking for. Show up on time and was taken care of right away and he review the service I needed was was told it would take about two hours and thirty minutes. Two hours… and fifteen minutes later was told my car was done. It was nice and clean and ran like a new car. Great service as usual. Thank you Julio

  • AutoNation-Chandler - Great Car Dealership

    I needed a second car for commuting and wanted a good reliable and affordable used car. After a couple of days of intensive on-line research, I came across the AutoNation website. I reviewed all the vehicles makes and vehicle prices… within my price range and was not satisfied with any of them until I opened the AutoNation-Nissan website. The AutoNation-Nissan website had a good selection of used vehicles with low mileage and fit within my price range. I made one phone call and was put in touch with AutoNation-Chandler, which had the most cars on their lot for me to look at. When I arrived sales associate, Terry Kruse was waiting for me, and already had one car of interest ready for me to review and test drive. Terry also showed me two other cars that I may be of interest. All the vehicles were one-two years old, low mileage, and in great condition. I chose the Blue 2019 Nissan Versa sedan, and I was very satisfied with the deal Terry presented me with. Terry was great to work with, he had a great personality, and pleasant to talk with while being very professional. Terry then turned me over to sales manager Sean Kilpatrick. Sean was just as pleasant to work with as Terry, and with a personality that made me comfortable. Within a short period of time, Sean had all my paperwork printed, explained to me in detail, signed, and I was on my way with my new used car. Both Terry and Sean found me the used car I was looking for, an almost new, reliable, and affordable used car. I am VERY HAPPY with AutoNation-Chandler, their customer service, and my new used car; I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

  • Purchase of a used vehicle with outside financing

    The customer service was great until I advised the sales reps and finance reps that I had my own financing outside the dealership. Day one I had to wait over an hour of a purchase order that should have taken 5 mins. The reps tried to… pressure me into ditching the outside financing for their financing and made it seem that I wasn’t getting the purchase order unless I let them try to do in house financing when I told it’s not gonna work. The advisors/reps realized I was right then took forever to get me the purchase order. Communication after was good in the sense of checking in with me waiting on the loan company but to hold the vehicle I was told there was limited options available and it was originally well if we can’t get the loan number we can’t hold the vehicle. Then it went to I need to come in to sign the purchase order to hold the vehicle. So I come in to sign the purchase order and I waited around for another hour only to be told I didn’t need to sign anything and they would just put a sold sign on the vehicle and put it in the back. Then the day I got all my loan paperwork complete they decided to give great customer service by bringing the vehicle and letting me take delivery under the use of the dealers plates until I came back in a couple days to do the final transaction and registration paperwork. So I had an appointment for the Friday at a certain time to do the paperwork. Upon arriving at the dealership I had to wait 1.5 hours before I could finish the paperwork with the finance department when I had an appointment. I then advised the sales rep of an issue I found while I had the vehicle. I showed him the issue and he said oh we will call you tomorrow to set up an appointment to get it looked at. Never got that phone call. Overall the customer service was a rollercoaster going from we want to help and work with you to let this man sit around and waste his time. I probably will not do business with them again.

  • I think the work was good, but the service was abismal

    They really don't care about you here. They don't answer their phones (you just get looped through their phone tree no matter what selection you make). They gave me a list of "recommended" repairs that I passed on, and when hubby called to… pay they went around me to try to get him to approve the additional work. Lost my paperwork. Super rude lady at the checkout. And then when they send a survey asking for feedback and tell me to contact their Owner Loyalty specialist the email has an autoreply that she isn't accepting emails (indefinitely). Go somewhere else where every step of the process isn't painful and where they actually care. It's funny though because I've tried to air my grievances directly with the dealership but get nowhere so when they keep sending me emails asking me to share on a public forum I finally gave in. Perhaps they need to revise their auto response to see how a person responds to the survey before they ask for public feedback.

    I have never had the best car experience like I had with AutoNation Nissan in Chandler az. I got awesome deal in 2019 Nissan rogue in fact it was a steal not a deal. If you’re planning to purchase new Nissan you better go to this… location before the management come to their senses. No other Nissan Dealer came close to matching auto nations price. In fact When they looked at the written price from AutoNation some dealers was just telling me we can’t match it that you got the best deal. Others would take it in Sherwood to their GM in four minutes later they come back and say we can match it. I knew I had good deal from autoNation. Thanks to luz gattaz-fabbla who sold me the car made my car experience great. Not only luz & automation saves me couple of thousand dollars Over other Nissan dealers. But were by far The friendliest people in the dealership. Starting with 1st luz 2nd The genius Mechanic kojo who install the home link mirror that didn’t come with SV trim. Thank you kojo not just installing the home link mirror But other work on my new car you know what it is. 3rd Ray in parts 4th Dylan Johnson in financing. Last GM Victor.

    I take my 2016 Altima to AutoNation Nissan in Chandler, AZ regularly for servicing. My experience is excellent every time. It's easy to make an appointment, drop off and check in are simple and quick, staff is very friendly, the work they… performed is always explained clearly, and their prices are very reasonable. My vehicle is always ready on time, and they call/text to let me know when it's ready for pick up. The shuttle service is convenient.
