AutoNation Nissan Chandler
Dealership Service Review
I took my car in for service on a Monday. I was told that it would be looked at and I would get a call the next morning . Tuesday morning no call. I waited until late afternoon and called only to get a voicemail. Called back and finally get someone on the phone.Found out the lower control arm and tire needed to be replaced. My service technician also said oh I see you need your oil changed as well so we will take care of that too. I will call you tomorrow morning and let you know the status. I got no call on Tuesday. Half way through the day I call and again I get a voicemail. I leave a message, no return call. I call back later in the day, voicemail again. I call back and get a person who tells me that part of the work is done but they are waiting on the tire to come in and I will get a call on Thursday when it was done. I wait all day Thursday and then call around 4pm because again I have been told nothing. They close at 6 so I made arrangements for someone to pick up my car. I play phone tag with 2 ladies from sales who keep transferring me to a voicemail and after about 15 minutes I get someone on the phone who says my car will be ready by 5. My car comes home I look at the receipt and don’t see anything about the oil being changed, I have the maintenance plan so they are covered. I called Thursday evening and left a voicemail to confirm if the oil had actually been changed and as of today, the following Tuesday I have received no call. As much as I paid to get my car fixed and the fact that I bought my car from that dealership I expected better service.
