by Anniepo on 11/10/2023Took my car for oil change and tire rotation. AutoNation also states they will check fluids. After the work was complete, I received a print out reporting that a series of work was completed and fluids checked signified by an x. So… the… report marked an x that windshield wiper fluid had been check and was in sufficient supply. Before the itemized bill and services were given to me I checked the windshield wiper fluid container and it was empty. Auto Nation Honda Services have deteriorated and integrity questionable. When a company check marks that they completed a task that they never did, it makes me me wonder what work was completed? If you don’t complete the little tasks (adding windshield wiper fluid) How do I know you completed the other major how do I major repairs?Great Service

by Buffaloshell on 11/02/2023I love my 2016 Honda pilot and I do all the necessary maintenance work and repairs to keep it running. All the service advisors I have worked with have been wonderful! Brandon is my usual go to. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always with… a smile. When he’s on a well-deserved vacation I work with Kyle. Today, I texted Kyle to ask if I could get in because my battery was clearly failing. Kyle responded within just a few minutes advising it was his day off, but he would contact the service advisors on duty and let them know I would be coming in. I greatly appreciate Kyle’s dedication in responding to text messages when he is not at work. That is a top-notch employee! When I got there today Shannon was my service advisor and she was excellent. She quickly retrieved the necessary information regarding my battery warranty and quickly got my battery replaced. I have never been disappointed at this dealership and I have easily had over $15,000 of work done including routine oil changes, replacement of my timing belt, control arms, brakes, struts, etc. I have been to another Honda dealership in the Phoenix area and was disappointed. Extended warranty
by Andyman on 10/27/2023TOOK MY 2016 HONDA PILOT in in August for HONDA TSB recall for INJECTORS. In September in a drive thru heard engine knocking and thinking it was the new injectors returned for repair. warranty company wanted a new engine installed at a… dealer cost of $20,000. MORE than car is worth. warranty company opted to put in a used lower mileage engine. Dealer quoted $11,000 for used engine. Had car towed to Engine Company for used engine 68,000 miles for less than $6000.00 covered by warranty company.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. AutoNation Honda Knocks it Out of the Park Again!

Starting from sales manager (Gregg Gabbin) to sales associate (Eddie Rasheed)… and Finance (Abel), they are all extremely helpful, very personable and make you feel at home.
