Took my car for oil change and tire rotation. AutoNation also states they will check fluids. After the work was complete, I received a print out reporting that a series of work was completed and fluids checked signified by an x. So… the report marked an x that windshield wiper fluid had been check and was in sufficient supply. Before the itemized bill and services were given to me I checked the windshield wiper fluid container and it was empty. Auto Nation Honda Services have deteriorated and integrity questionable. When a company check marks that they completed a task that they never did, it makes me me wonder what work was completed? If you don’t complete the little tasks (adding windshield wiper fluid) How do I know you completed the other major how do I major repairs?
