I love my 2016 Honda pilot and I do all the necessary maintenance work and repairs to keep it running. All the service advisors I have worked with have been wonderful! Brandon is my usual go to. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always with a smile. When he’s on a well-deserved vacation I work with Kyle. Today, I texted Kyle to ask if I could get in because my battery was clearly failing. Kyle responded within just a few minutes advising it was his day off, but he would contact the service advisors on duty and let them know I would be coming in. I greatly appreciate Kyle’s dedication in responding to text messages when he is not at work. That is a top-notch employee! When I got there today Shannon was my service advisor and she was excellent. She quickly retrieved the necessary information regarding my battery warranty and quickly got my battery replaced. I have never been disappointed at this dealership and I have easily had over $15,000 of work done including routine oil changes, replacement of my timing belt, control arms, brakes, struts, etc. I have been to another Honda dealership in the Phoenix area and was disappointed. I will not do that again.
