by Maranda Moss on 07/07/2022The only person in this dealership that was professional was my sales agent. The other people that I had to deal with, finance manager and GM has been a total nightmare. The overall experience was very awful. Plus I traded in a vehicle… going on two months and the loan is not paid off. The vehicle is showing late payments and being reported and no one at this dealership can due their due diligence, since it was them who was suppose to be paying off the vehicle to see what’s going on or even reach out to that financial company. I can only do so much, but the financial company still wants their money. I shouldn’t have to pay two cars notes for one I don’t have and for one that I’m stuck with after it gave me problems the second week of having it. I will never do business with this dealership every again and make sure everyone knows!Hello there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. He did a tutorial, set up our phones and radio stations before we left for the day. poor experience at several levels and departments
by darci on 12/07/2021I was mismanaged at all levels of service from dealer, manager and loan officer - mistake after mistake. after explaining my situation to a manager I was told I could return the car. the next day he backpedaled, and told me I would not be… able to. I still don't think I have a valid contract and will be looking into this further. be careful of working with this team of people.Friendly and fun

by Braves fan in California on 06/27/2021I was in the market for a VW Golf 6 speed and was having little success in California where I live. Terms were good, but there was no negotiating. I searched online through Edmunds and found a promising vehicle in Arizona. If the deal was… acceptable, I would make the 12-hour round trip to get the car. I called Larry H Miller Volkswagen, and the discussion was a little bumpy at first. Then I was put on hold for a moment, and Jesse Schoolmeester entered the conversation. He listened and calmly led me through the process. I’ve bought a lot of cars, negotiated many deals, and had clear expectations. Jesse was very competent and congenial. He understood that I lived far away and would have to be motivated to purchase from his dealership. There were challenges along the way. The sales team was extremely rowdy in the background, but Jesse stayed calm and focused. When I didn’t appreciate one of his supervisor’s attitude, he steered me to someone else. The deal took a day of discussions, but we reached an agreement. He met some resistance on a few of the terms but advocated for me as well as protecting his dealership’s interests. I was impressed and won over. The process took 4 hours at the site, which is too long, but Jesse was gracious and attentive. He even detailed my new Golf personally, a first from someone on the sales team. I wanted to take his picture next to the car, but that made him uncomfortable. I appreciated his modesty, a term which rarely describes a vehicle sales representative. Andrew in finance treated me with respect. I met a couple of the other sales reps and enjoyed talking to them, too. The sales manager was professional and engaging. Overall, I’d say it was a lengthy but altogether satisfying experience. by Mandyjo911 on 04/26/2021I had been in the market for an Atlas Cross Sport for a few months, and I was completely turned off by my interactions with the much closer, much more convenient VW dealers in the Phoenix Metro area. (In fact, at one point, I told a dealer… located in midtown that shall remain nameless that I would rather buy a horse & buggy than do business with them.) So in my final attempt, I ventured far across the Valley with zero expectations. Much to my surprise, Jesse, Fernando & Ed flipped my perception of the car dealership experience. They worked hard to earn my business without being shady, overbearing, and/or aggressive.... in fact, quite the opposite! I can honestly say I left there feeling like a I made a few new friends, while at the same time scoring the EXACT vehicle I was seeking. I highly recommend LHM VW, and I will most definitely purchase through this family of dealerships again!Thanks for the great positive review! The car I wanted had been sold 30 mins prior to my arrival. They found the same car in California. We discussed price and they… prepared all the paperwork. I signed and went home. The sales man drove out to CA the next day and brought my new car home! I picked it up and couldn’t be happier! Thank you!Zero Stars given

I am not a car salesman, one would hope for help and honestly when purchasing a new car. Not at LMV. DECEPTION is their game, and they do it well.… For me, it's been a devastating experience. My trade-in payoff was sent into VW credit late by LMV, adding a late to my credit. They don't care. Sadly, this dealer has to lie, cheat, and steal to stay in business.Thank you for your feedback, Susan. I'm too busy with my business and being a single mom to travel up there and sign documents or pick up my car, so they made that… happen for me too. They did everything from start to finish and dropped off my car to my work door!! I signed my paperwork in my salon!! I would absolutely buy from Larry Miller VW again! Had a great sales guy too! Ask for Elijah.I went in for an oil change and left with a new whip!

As a female, it’s refreshing to go in and ask questions and not be treated poorly. I… love Larry Miller Volkswagen and have become a fan for life. I’ve told everyone to buy a VW and to go see the team there.
