I had been in the market for an Atlas Cross Sport for a few months, and I was completely turned off by my interactions with the much closer, much more convenient VW dealers in the Phoenix Metro area. (In fact, at one point, I told a dealer located in midtown that shall remain nameless that I would rather buy a horse & buggy than do business with them.) So in my final attempt, I ventured far across the Valley with zero expectations. Much to my surprise, Jesse, Fernando & Ed flipped my perception of the car dealership experience. They worked hard to earn my business without being shady, overbearing, and/or aggressive.... in fact, quite the opposite! I can honestly say I left there feeling like a I made a few new friends, while at the same time scoring the EXACT vehicle I was seeking. I highly recommend LHM VW, and I will most definitely purchase through this family of dealerships again!
