I was mismanaged at all levels of service from dealer, manager and loan officer - mistake after mistake. after explaining my situation to a manager I was told I could return the car. the next day he backpedaled, and told me I would not be able to. I still don't think I have a valid contract and will be looking into this further. be careful of working with this team of people.
