I also purchased a vehicle from Larry H Miller Doge/Jeep and Im happy to say all three vehicles we purchased was the same great grand and wonderful experience.

Terrible experience

onThe only person in this dealership that was professional was my sales agent. The other people that I had to deal with, finance manager and GM has been a total nightmare. The overall experience was very awful. Plus I traded in a vehicle going on two months and the loan is not paid off. The vehicle is showing late payments and being reported and no one at this dealership can due their due diligence, since it was them who was suppose to be paying off the vehicle to see what’s going on or even reach out to that financial company. I can only do so much, but the financial company still wants their money. I shouldn’t have to pay two cars notes for one I don’t have and for one that I’m stuck with after it gave me problems the second week of having it. I will never do business with this dealership every again and make sure everyone knows!

WORST SERVICE CONSISTENTLY!!

onThis dealership provides the worst customer service every time I am in contact with them. They are unprofessional, rude, lazy, unknowledgeable, and have zero sense of urgency to repair your vehicle. They rarely answer phones and ramble off rote memorized lines when reciting responses to questions. Clueless! Words like, “Let me see if we have the injector ‘stuff’ in stock.” Embarrassingly unprofessional. They also try to weasel out of any repairs covered under warranty. Dropped my car off, 1.5 weeks later they had a quasi-diagnosis, picked it up after 2 weeks and my windshield was cracked up the center. They did not mention it, just ignored it. When I mentioned it, the rote memorization of the windshield policy was recited. Saying, “Sorry about that, hopefully I gave you the windshield disclaimer when you checked in. We also mark it on the estimate.” Incredible that receiving my vehicle back with a cracked windshield is so common and such standard operating procedure, that they don’t even acknowledge it, nor care to apologize. Craftsmanship does not exist here. On top of the fact that I asked for an oil change. Received my car back after 2 weeks, without the oil change performed. His response, “that’s on me. I forgot”. The nonsense is endless! Go somewhere else!

onLarry was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He made me feel excited about buying and was very patient with us. He showed us how to work all the gadgets. Andy put us at ease with his humor and he explained all the papers we were signing and why we were signing them.

onYou have to be patient. Depending in the the issue you might be with out your car for a few days. With that said Mike kept us posted on step by step progress. We was able to get into a loaner car when one became available. We also get responses within a short period of time with any questions we had.

onThey dealt fairly on new car prices. Joel took us out for 2 test drives and went over features and accessories. He did a tutorial, set up our phones and radio stations before we left for the day. He also set up a follow up appointment for any questions I have after driving for a week or two.

onMike, and the maintenance person assigned, helped me out and prevented me from making an expensive mistake concerning a purchase that would have been harmfully redundant. Aside from that, they managed to finish a fair amount of needed service in less than one day. That made my day.

onI took my car in for a repair and even though they were backed up with work and took a little longer than expected, Barb was always very nice and kept us in the loop of what was going on during the whole process. The provided transportation to and from the dealer which was nice since we were a car down. Definitely appreciated everyone’s help!

Good Service Privided

onMy vehicle is very happy with the service that was provided to her. She is happy that the driver side seat is in proper working order after dealing with it not wanting to slide easily on its tracks. She is also very happy that the oil is new and will lubricate her valves better and the air filter was replaced so she can breat easier now. She says Thank You Larry H Miller Volkswagen you did awesome!

Fixed AC, broke something else

onBrought in my 2019 Jetta for an AC hose replacement that was leaking. Next day we started on a road trip, the the check engine light and EPC lights came on. Back in the shop it goes. Only 22,000 mikes. No sure what the Mechanic messed up while fixing the AC.

onThey disconnected my shift linkage and then tried to bill me to fix it. The car was there for a oil change and to fix a recall to the air bags. When I returned to the dealership for the second time to pick up my car. After I left the dealership, my car security system didn’t work in longer. Now I can’t lock my car with the fob.

poor experience at several levels and departments

onI was mismanaged at all levels of service from dealer, manager and loan officer - mistake after mistake. after explaining my situation to a manager I was told I could return the car. the next day he backpedaled, and told me I would not be able to. I still don't think I have a valid contract and will be looking into this further. be careful of working with this team of people.

onAlthough, they did tell me it would be a week before they could see the car, they had the car for a total of a month. One week was because their service person didn’t realize the kit was incomplete and took a week to find one part. Communication with Barbara was not the best, as I often had to call and ask what was going on with my car.
