    I recently purchased a new 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT from the dealer. At the same time I was purchasing my truck and negotiating on price my brother contacted me and explained he was also interested in getting a similar truck. I spoke with my salesman about getting my brother a similar truck for the same deal I got and he reassured me and agreed that he would get my brother the similar great deal on a similar truck. When I was looking at the trucks I was told only silver and tungsten colors had a “bonus” deal. My brother arrived at the dealer 20 minutes later and the salesman told my brother that green, silver, tungsten, and ruby red were colors that had a “bonus” deal. My brother selected a green similar truck to mine which had a MSRP price only $495 more than the one I purchased. The salesman and sales manager refused offer a comparable price to what I paid for my truck and wanted $5,000 more for the truck my brother was interested in. I even took photos of all of the price stickers and price agreements for both trucks so we could compare and make sure my brother got a good deal. I sat with my brother while he attempted to reason with the salesman and sales manager about the large difference in price between my truck and the truck he was interested in. At the end the sales manager and salesman refused to come down on the price of the truck and they would not explain why the truck my brother was looking at cost so much more than what was agreed upon and what was listed. The salesman even went as far as to call my brother a liar about the price I purchased my truck for even though I had sent a photo of my purchase agreement to my brother ahead of time to show what a great deal I got. After purchasing my truck the salesman and I went to my truck to begin the process of activating OnStar in my truck as this is completed after purchase. The device did not work and we contacted OnStar to see what the issue was. The online rep at OnStar explained this was a common occurrence on 2015 Chevy’s and my truck would need a new module. I set up an appointment to have this fixed, and the next Monday I took my truck into the shop. After a 7 hour day I contacted the dealer to check on the status of my truck. The service man explained my truck would need a new module and another appointment was necessary. I explained to this man that the salesman and I already knew the truck needed a new module and that was the reason for the appointment. He had no clue about this. Overall I was very displeased with the service my bother and I got, and I would not have purchased my truck knowing how dishonest the salesman and sales manager were concerning pricing of a second truck and the resolution of my OnStar device not being fixed as they said it would.

    We recently got a brand new vehicle through leasing from this dealership and our salesman did such a good job we came back a week later to get our second brand new vehicle from him. They worked with us very well to get s great deal and everyone was super friendly. Our salesman name was Esera and we would recommend him to anyone.

    I purchased a brand new 2015 Silverado within the last two weeks. At the same time I purchased my vehicle I was discussing with my salesman that my brother was interested in the same truck and would be coming to purchase one. The salesman explained that my brother would get the same great deal on a new truck like I did. Not only did the dealership fail to uphold this deal they tried to sell my brother a similar truck priced same as the one I bought for almost $5,000 more. My brother of course walked away. When I purchased my truck the OnStar module was not working and when my salesman contacted them OnStar said my truck would need a new module, and I scheduled an appointment for October 5, 2015 to fix this. On October 5, 2015 I took my truck in for the appointment and after seven hours I called the dealer and they told me a new module would need to be ordered. I was very disappointed in that I thought this was the reason for my appointment in the first place and it was being fixed. I now have a 2nd appointment to hopefully resolve this issue. Overall I was not pleased that the dealer failed to uphold a deal that was discussed and agreed upon in good faith, this was the second time in the past three years Lithia Chevrolet has bailed on deals or tried to cheat the price when trading in a vehicle, and my vehicle was not fixed during the appointment it was supposed to be fixed.

    I have done very little to this truck in the past 5 years. It was in need of a considerable amount of maintenance and service. All the work has not been completed as of this date due to parts on order. I was made aware of this at the beginning. So far I am satisfied with the communication between the service agent and the mechanics to date.

    When I picked up my vehicle after 6pm at the oil change station no one was there to explain if anything was wrong or what fluids were added. also had to minor wright ups one was oil leak around transfer case & rear of engine. It would have been nice to talk to a tech about this.

    This is a great shop for customer service. I am always greeted and told what to expect in a timely manner. I have usually dealt with Hartmut. He always seems knowledgeable about the conditions of my vehicle and has been a great help is taking care of my service..

    Had issues with the turbo charge. My only complaint would be lack of enough diesel techs. This caused the process to be longer than it probably should have been.

    I brought my truck in for a recall issue and was very pleased with the level of service provided. I thought they went above and beyond by addressing other small issues with my truck.     I didn't expect to have my vehicle washed and cleaned out on the inside. My truck is 7 years old and the floor boards had gravel in the mats and my windows were dirty on the inside. I guess I didn't get around to doing a thorough cleaning. But what an unexpected surprise to find my truck cleaned inside and out - free of charge. That is exemplary of why I come back to South Anchorage Chevrolet every time for many years. The folks there have my complete maintenance history - they when it is time for fluid changes and they do an inspection each time I'm in - whether it is to buy and install snow tires like today of if it is as little as changing a hard to reach light bulb. Nothing is to big or too small. Thank you Chevy of South Anchorage.

    I brought my 2011 Silverado in for an oil change covered by my service warranty. No appointment was necessary nor did I have to show up at 0730 to get in line in order to get my service that day like other dealerships in the area. I called the dealership at about 1 pm on a Friday, asked if I could bring my truck in and get it serviced that afternoon. This is the second time in called them in the afternoon and the answer both times was to bring it in and it would be handled right away. When I walked in to the service area, I was directed to Steve, who took my information, asked if I was waiting in the lobby, and gave him my keys. He walked into the lobby a few minutes later with the paperwork to sign and proceeded from there. About an hour later, Steve came and got me, gave me my keys, and apologized for the wait. I told him it wasn't a problem. I knew I would have to wait before I arrived because they had told me when I called it may take between 60-90 minutes for it to be done. The service was excellent, Steve even found my house keys I had inadvertently left in the service area. I truly couldn't have had a better service experience.

    The Price was right...managed to get $200 knocked off for Some Document Fee's which made the Monthly payments MUCH MUCH Lower, Although it was missing a few things I managed to get them to replace it, but it didn't come with a users manual which would have been helpful but i was able to locate one and download one. BUT...other than that I am VERY VERY!!! Pleased with my Car.
