Dealership Service Review
I brought my 2011 Silverado in for an oil change covered by my service warranty. No appointment was necessary nor did I have to show up at 0730 to get in line in order to get my service that day like other dealerships in the area. I called the dealership at about 1 pm on a Friday, asked if I could bring my truck in and get it serviced that afternoon. This is the second time in called them in the afternoon and the answer both times was to bring it in and it would be handled right away. When I walked in to the service area, I was directed to Steve, who took my information, asked if I was waiting in the lobby, and gave him my keys. He walked into the lobby a few minutes later with the paperwork to sign and proceeded from there. About an hour later, Steve came and got me, gave me my keys, and apologized for the wait. I told him it wasn't a problem. I knew I would have to wait before I arrived because they had told me when I called it may take between 60-90 minutes for it to be done. The service was excellent, Steve even found my house keys I had inadvertently left in the service area. I truly couldn't have had a better service experience.
