Cannot Praise Stanley Arnold and Jason Kerr Enough

by fdean171 on 04/12/2016I usually always start off with a give positive comment. However, this time I couldn't find anything positive to say. The only thing positive was how nice the delivery guy was when he brought me my vehicle. The salesman was very good… at treating me great until the sale was complete. Once it was complete and he got the sale, I've yet to hear back from him about my issues. Since he never replied, I got a hold of the Manager and all he has done is give me empty promises. First you got to understand how the purchase went. I was laid up in bed and saw this vehicle online and really liked it. I called the salesman and the price was right but I told him I couldn't come buy it until I was allowed out of bed. He said no problem we will deliver it! I thought this was going to be a great deal, was I ever wrong! Here is the list of things I have came across: 1. The fourth gear was stripped when they delivered it but I didn't discover that until two weeks later because I couldn't drive it due to my injuries. ( thank the Lord the warrenty covered it) 2. I didn't get a copy of all the papers I signed, no matter how many times I've asked 3. The pictures on the internet where not great and some where blurry. The blurry ones were of the back and the spare tire just happened to be missing (to match what was on their cost me $500) 4. I was promised a second key and still haven't seen it. 5. The top leaks and it cost me $350 to get it fixed 6. I've tried multiple times to talk with them and I get the run around Over all, if it wasn't for the warranty, I'd had to spend around $2800 to get everything working correctly. This dealer will tell you what you want to hear to sell you a vehicle!!!!! If you do buy from them, make sure you get it in writing and get your copies before you leave. by cjnichls on 01/23/2016My job recently changed and has led me to do a lot of driving thus the reason for getting a different vehicle. I started looking for a used car that would get at least 40mpg combined and one that looked great. I narrowed my search down… to the Ford Fusion Hybrid. I had a GMC 4x4 1500 Crew Cab Denali and getting 16mpg combined. I knew I had negative equity so I needed to trade my truck in at a dealership. I saw that Ford was offering some great rebates on new vehicles so I started looking at dealerships within 500 miles of my home in Memphis, TN. I originally was looking for a SE and didn't care about having leather of sunroof. I came across a 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium located 400 miles away in Mobile, Alabama. I had a salesman call me to go over the car and evaluate my trade. At first I was skeptical because I had been talking to numerous dealers. My Mobile salesman is Jim Crampton at AutoNation Ford Mobile, AL. Jim started the process off by saying "I work for you". Yeah yeah year I've heard that before I was thinking. Jim continued to go above and beyond for me. Addressing ALL my questions and concerns and going to bat for me on my trade. Because of Jim, decided to buy the car and take a thousand less on my trade. Jim offered to meet me so I didn't have to drive so far. We met half way in Jackson, MS at 8:30pm on a Friday. Jim went over the car with me for over 3 hours addressing every single item. It was like being at the Ford plant. He really knows his stuff and truly cares. I ended up getting the car for $26,800. It's loaded except the drivers assist package which was not a big deal to me. Getting the car for that price and having Jim as my salesman was a win win in my book. Best car I've owned! I'm getting 38 - 39mpg on the highway and 44 - 46 in the city. The adaptive cruise control on this Fusion is great. Once I'm on the highway and set the cruise I never touch the peddles again. I would highly recommend Jim Crampton in Mobile, AL. Jim will get my business next time I need to buy a car.Service

by AdamB5 on 03/04/2015Bought a 2011 f250 from them 12 days ago and it's already tore up , the warranty I paid money for will not cover it " imagine that".. After doing more looking the belt is wore out also.. They said they done a full inspection on the truck… but I believe that's a lie.. So now I gotta fix the truck out of my own pocket when it should've been addressed before it even hit the lot.. The entire Auto Nation Ford team (with special emphasis and high praise to James S.) was extremely helpful and made our new car purchase a streamlined yet personal process. My wife and I drove… over an hour and passed numerous car dealerships on the way, quite a few of which were other Ford dealers, just to purchase our new vehicle from Auto Nation Mobile. The decisive factor for us in our selecting this car dealership was first and foremost the salesperson, he/she will be the face of the dealer and a bad first impression goes a long way. James is very knowledgeable (which was expected), courteous and prompt, informed us of their onsite inventory and also off-site inventories and most important he volunteered information such as out the door pricing. This last one really sold us; to the point that we have already recommended them to friends and colleagues.terrible dealer

Decent Price But Bad Customer Service

Steve A. did not return phone calls or answer questions when he said he would; couldn't open the trunk of the vehicle manually or with the key fob. Still told me how… "comprehensive" their inspection process is!; issued an Alabama 20-day temporary tag with an expiration date only 10 days later; typed the wrong name on the title transfer document which caused delay in registering the vehicle; waited 10 days to mail the title and other documents to the DMV; initial offer for my trade-in vehicle was $2000 BELOW KBB value.Daniel, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention.
