Purchased a new car

I was a basket case. My car was in the process of dying, and I had to swap it out before I was truly ready to do so. My sales rep, Mostafa, helped me out. The staff walked me through the process, answered my questions, and put me at… ease. Not once did I feel as if I was being taken advantage of. Thank you for your patience in dealing with me and helping me into a new Mach E. Loving the car.

by dozer4060 on 05/23/2013updated 05/29/2025I believe When a dealership says they did a 51 point inspection on vehicle they should fix problems with vehicle even if its only cosmetic, broken sun visor clips missing cup holder these are things that should be fixed, everything is great… with dealership just do not expect them to fix things on a used vehicle.Most Comfortable Buying Experience

They are always helpful and go that extra mile to earn your business. I prefer to drive all the way to Mobile, AL from Pensacola,… FL to do business with Treadwell rather than the local Ford dealer. Via emails, texts and phone calls, I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. They also went out of their way to find me the best interest rate for my loan, even going outside of Ford Credit to another lender. Steven A. and the whole Treadwell team made our vehicle purchasing experience a pleasant one. Every Ford we purchase in the future we plan on purchasing from Treadwell. Great Purchase Experience

She and I had many exchanges via e-mail with her answering various questions I had concerning the F-150 I selected… and other questions concerning the purchase process. She answered every question patiently as I made my decision. Once I made my decision to purchase, Mrs. W. made sure she kept me posted on how everything was progressing. Upon arriving at Treadwell Ford, I was greeted by Mrs. W. and she made sure I was comfortable and also answered more questions I had before signing the paperwork. This was truly a relaxed and unrushed process. I was taken to see my new truck and she showed me the many features and explained how to operate everything. Mrs. W. was happy to take as much time as I needed to assure I was comfortable with my purchase and had no other questions. I have had a couple occasions to visit the Treadwell Ford dealership since my purchase. I have always been greeted and treated with respect with everyone I have come into contact with. All in all, I was very happy with the complete purchase experience with Mrs. W. as well as the whole Treadwell Ford team that I came into contact with. I would recommend the whole Treadwell Ford Team, and especially Mrs. Woods, to anyone willing to listen to me!!5 star sales

I traded my Edge in on a F-150, I did everything online, they gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. I… drove 2+ hours to get the truck, why? Because it was mucho cheaper than local dealers! Stanley A. promised me that the price we had settled on was the price I would pay, in less than 30 minutes I was done and I paid exactly what we agreed on.Great experience.

Even after the deal was complete, they took the time to answer my questions without… being in a hurry. A lot of times, after the sale, you become an after thought. Not here.
