by Candice Adams on 05/08/2020I purchased a 2015 Checrolet Camero from salesman Thomas Bethea in February. I have recieved poor customer service since the day I drove the car off the lot. My key broke in the ignition while driving the vehicle on the interstate. I took… my car back up there to get a new key but they glued my key back together. Did not offer to make me a nww key phob. In March I took my car to the service department because my brakes was making a noise. The serviceman Jack said that they could not hear it. On May 4 I took my car back to the service department because my display screen went black on my radio. Jack informed me that my 90 day warrenty did not cover it because I was over my 4000 miles. That information was never disclosed by the salesman Thomas. He has never returned any of my phone calls since I purchased the vehicle. I ask for a Manager and I spoke to Roger Marney, who told me on May 5 that he will see if it is anything he can do to help me.. I never heard from him. I got off work early to go to the delaership on May 7 and Jack said that the manager was suppose to call me back. Roger then walked up to me and said, Your out of warrenty sorry. I asked him again if they could atleast meet me half way to fixing the issue and he looked at me and said no and walked away. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life. My car has been to the service department 3 times and now I am out of warrenty. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life and I suggest that you do not purchase vehicle from this dealershipGreat experience

I can only speak for one of the salespeople and honestly she was awesome until i handed her check. Can’t get her in the phone and… she won’t respond to any of my texts. I am beyond amazed how this place is still in business. I am a single mother that really couldn’t afford to even buy a car but had no choice because my other one died. Autonation took advantage and didn’t fill any of their promises. If they tell you they did a 25 point inspection trust me they didn’t. They did 3 on my vehicle and failed to notice the break light out and fluids low. They never do it. I had a guy that works in the service department admit to me they are too busy so they try to get by with what they can. I have purchased cars from Chris Myers, Pat Peck, walleys and I have never experienced anything like this. I have had my vehicle for 3 weeks and one of those weeks it was in their service dept. and every Saturday I am back up there having to get what was promised to me actually completed. This past Saturday I had arranged a meeting with the general manger and I kid you not when telling him about our experience he said to us I know...you have said it 72 times. How does someone like that have a position like he does. No people skills whatsoever. I can promise you this. The customer is not right at Autonation. I have promises in writing and they still don’t want to be held accountable. I am lost at this point. Save yourself the aggravation and find another car dealership. You will thank me later. This isn’t even the half of it. It’s been an emotionally exhausting experience.Services/ shuttle ride
by Good game on 07/12/2019Drop off my truck to be service for a recall and I needed a ride back home. The shuttle pick me up and also brought me back to pick up my vehicle once it was ready. Everyone was very nice and the service was great...Air bag recall, horn fuse to the moon

The recall for my airbags went great, although I thought charging 80 dollars for a fuse replacement for my horn and a so called check of the electrical system was a high price to pay.....6… plus dollars for 1 fuse. 65 plus dollars for labor....to me a bit much...but it is a dealership and I guess I have come to expect it from ALL dealerships, not just this one.Shelby

They cut straight to the chase by offering the… best deal on my trade and I mean the BEST, so that I could drive away in my new mustang! They even compensated me for a mistake that was made in order to be sure that I left completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone!Thank you AutoNation!

The one lady, I believe her name was Cindy, was awesome. She was the one the checked… on my vehicle and spoke with the service manager on how long it was taking. The service manager never said a word to me. I've had my oil changed here a lot of times, but it never took that long and I was always asked if I needed anything, but not this time.My f-150

by sbkling on 08/31/2018Water pump failed on my 2011 Ford Taurus. To my displeasure the pump is located in the middle of the engine. The engine has to be broken down to get to the failed part. Water was in my oil. The repairman "Z" flushed the engine, replaced… timing belts, and water pump, ran a pressure test to insure I would have no future problems. When I picked up my vehicle it was as if I was driving a new Ford. Great Service to a VERY Worried Customer.New Ford F150

Oil change
