Water pump failed on my 2011 Ford Taurus. To my displeasure the pump is located in the middle of the engine. The engine has to be broken down to get to the failed part. Water was in my oil. The repairman "Z" flushed the engine, replaced timing belts, and water pump, ran a pressure test to insure I would have no future problems. When I picked up my vehicle it was as if I was driving a new Ford. Great Service to a VERY Worried Customer.
