Oil Change

I was at the shop for over 3 hours just to get my oil changed. My service tech never asked me if I needed anything and I had to ask for something to drink. The one lady, I believe her name was Cindy, was awesome. She was the one the checked on my vehicle and spoke with the service manager on how long it was taking. The service manager never said a word to me. I've had my oil changed here a lot of times, but it never took that long and I was always asked if I needed anything, but not this time.
