Very Poor Service

This dealership is "not able to keep up the volume", my service advisors words. My story, I called in March because my car said it was due for service, when I called they said "they forgot to reset the car on Nov visit, please call back when I have 80K on the car". (no problem) A month later my engine light came on, I made an appointment which was a week out. (no problem) I called before my appointment to see if I should wait for the car or arrange for a ride home. I was told it could be up to 2 weeks before the car would even be looked at!! (PROBLEM). I'd waited a week for this appointment and said I'd wait another week, but couldn't do without my car 2 weeks just for the diagnosis! He said I'd have to leave it, because they just don't know when an opening might appear and they could slip it in. (still a problem). I called the service manager Jessie and left 2 messages, but no return call. I called Georgetown Mercedes and they gave me an appointment 10 days out no problem. My service advisor actually said they can't find people to work and they can't handle what they have going on! I've used them for several years with no problem and never leave reviews...but be warned if you live in central and need to depend on this dealer for service you're in trouble. Sadly, I'll be driving to Georgetown from now on!

Tire service

I had a flat tire over the weekend and went to a nearby business that could not help me. So, I had my vehicle towed to Mercedes-Benz of Austin. They had my GLA up and running on Monday morning and let me know the status along the way. Even though it was just a tire issue, they cleaned up my vehicle! The experience was fantastic, and everyone I encountered when picking up my car was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I would recommend them anytime, to anyone!

Very easy salesperson until we got to finance!

Went to dealership knowing what used vehicle i wanted already so that was easy. Made my offer and gave my terms. Was told they could match the offer of my lender so i went with their lender. when signing they did the switch and tried to give me higher rate thinking i wouldn't catch it. Pulled out the calculator made finance guy go step by step and showed him the written offer i was given. He tried to use fancy terms that even i had not heard being i am in real estate and finance but in the end made them honor their rate on paper i was given. Sucked that it was suppose to be done when i got there and i just sign, but 2 hrs later i finally got my car

Great Service when I really needed it

Recently took in 2 of our Mercedes to Jorge. While the first one was scheduled and we had to wake a couple of weeks so that we got a loaner, the work was done and all was good. The second car was an emergency. Had 2 flats and was leaving to dallas that night. Had my car towed to Jorge and he got it in asap. Had tires, a new rim, and all my service done within days with no appointment. Came to pick up the car and it was ready, washed and all the staff was super friendly and helpful. I have not used Mercedes of Austin for some time as the service was bad for a long time but now they have really changed and will continue to work with Jorge.

Eddie Aguilar went above & beyond. I took my car because it had a nail in it & was able to get a new tire but he also mentioned that my car had the wrong size tires which im glad he told me because i would have never know. Safety is my #1 priority especially driving with my son.

recall completed

had a recall on my e350. the service was great. very professional. I would have liked a loaner car to try out a new model but instead was offered a uber ride while my car was being inspected. I also noticed that my car had some areas cleaned when picking it up, nice touch of service for a recall.

Service rep offered me a prepaid extended service plan for 2 service intervals (current plus next one) - without me even asking - that was cheaper than cost alone of service I had brought my vehicle in for. Couldn't say no.

My husband and I purchased a beautiful Mercedes after searching for multiple days and looking at different dealerships we drove from San Antonio to Austin and we are so happy that we did! Dillon was a wonderful sales person he took his time with us and ensured that we found exactly what we wanted. The icing on the cake was that we weren’t able to take the car home same day so he drove it halfway and met us in new Braunfels to deliver the car the next morning! Now that is impeccable service! If you’re looking for a new car we highly recommend Mercedes of Austin and ask for Dillon!!

I took my car to service. I know that something was wrong with either on or two of its batteries because the car flashed a picture of a battery. Even pulling on the service driveway was reassuring, for everyone seemed to know my car problem and eager to help. Louise was my service advisor. I relaxed in a comfortable leather chair with a donut and a cup of tea. Louise came to inform me with the results of the diagnosis and the cost of the service. In less than three hours I paid for the service and drove my shiny clean, smooth driving car.
