Very easy salesperson until we got to finance!

Went to dealership knowing what used vehicle i wanted already so that was easy. Made my offer and gave my terms. Was told they could match the offer of my lender so i went with their lender. when signing they did the switch and tried to give me higher rate thinking i wouldn't catch it. Pulled out the calculator made finance guy go step by step and showed him the written offer i was given. He tried to use fancy terms that even i had not heard being i am in real estate and finance but in the end made them honor their rate on paper i was given. Sucked that it was suppose to be done when i got there and i just sign, but 2 hrs later i finally got my car

After gathering some information about this, it appears as though there was a bit of miscommunication that resulted in us not seeing eye-to-eye when you initially stepped into finance. Please know that transparency is something we value here and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused by the miscommunication. We were able to move past this fairly quickly and our records show that your time in the finance office did not exceed 32 minutes.
