onI took my car to service. I know that something was wrong with either on or two of its batteries because the car flashed a picture of a battery. Even pulling on the service driveway was reassuring, for everyone seemed to know my car problem and eager to help. Louise was my service advisor. I relaxed in a comfortable leather chair with a donut and a cup of tea. Louise came to inform me with the results of the diagnosis and the cost of the service. In less than three hours I paid for the service and drove my shiny clean, smooth driving car.
