The best dealership experience I ever had! I can name the other dealerships I've been, so far Griffin Ford in Waukesha is the best. I dealt with sales expert Darren and he's so sincere and trustworthy. When I got there for my appointment, I vehicle was ready to go bright and shine. I test drove right away in less than 10 minutes. I'm looking forward to getting another vehicle from them by summer of next year 2024.

Matt greeted me as soon as I arrived with our 2014 Ford Edge for an oi l change, tire rotation & all points check. Timing was perfect, arrived at 8:00 am, at 9:00 am I was on my way with a clean vehicle. We love our Ford Edge & the service provided by Griffin Ford. Thank you!

A Pleasant Experience

I bought a used car that I found on line. I called to confirm they had the Vehicle and when I got there everything was on the up and up and as expected. The car was fairly priced and the no haggling was a nice change. My salesman Roy was a nice guy and didn't try to hustle me. I would definitely shop for a cart with him again. And Samm in financing was a riot. A bundle of energy and fun to talk to. I feel I was treated respectfully and they were honest about everything.

Louie was very knowledgeable regarding the explorer and did a great job explaining all the features. I had to wait a bit because of a backlog of customers due to a system outage the day before. The sales team was very attentive that I was waiting and was very apologetic.

Never felt pressured. Associate listened to what we wanted and delivered. Thanked us for our loyalty. Gave us what we thought was a great deal. I'd do business with them any day! Took time with the turnover to be sure we understood all aspects of the vehicle. Financial discussions were not pressured into unnecessary options.

The salesperson Louis was very courteous and did not put any pressure. I was given the best price upfront so no negotiations. The financing specialist also did not put any pressure on me to buy extra warranties. The whole experience was so smooth, I would definitely recommend Griffin Ford to any one looking to buy a Ford vehicle.

Good diagnosis and Helpful Options

The back-up tail-lights on my 2001 Ford Ranger were not working -- I thought they were just burned out. Griffin Ford diagnosed the problem as a relay in a difficult-to-reach location and quoted the repair price. Iwas asked before they continued at each step, and the repair was done well.

Customer service extrordinary! From the initial greeting from Mr. M Griffin to the sales person, Pete TagTow and continuing on to the finance portion with Sam, my experience was comfortable, non-pressure and educational on all aspects of the buying of a new vehicle. I acquired the 4th truck in my family (brothers also) from Griffin Ford...and there is a reason for that. Would't go anywhere else.

The selection of used is really something to write home about. But, on the new side, we are a store that every other new Ford dealership calls looking for trades--that says that Griffin stocks an incredible number and variety of new Ford vehicles. We lead in sales of F-150s, Escapes and Explorers, so our stock on those models is always big.

Griffin Ford's Service is open from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. during the week. And, on Saturdays we are there from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. when many shops close at noon. Some of our Technicians are MASTER Certified, which is rare and a big deal. We know how to work on your car!
The experience and training at Ford make our team top notch. Besides being family-owned (Griffin's 3rd generation of family is now involved in running the stores), we have a longevity of employees that is unusual for a business where turn-over is expected: WE KNOW FORD and we want to earn your business!
