onThe back-up tail-lights on my 2001 Ford Ranger were not working -- I thought they were just burned out. Griffin Ford diagnosed the problem as a relay in a difficult-to-reach location and quoted the repair price. Iwas asked before they continued at each step, and the repair was done well.
