onThe best dealership experience I ever had! I can name the other dealerships I've been, so far Griffin Ford in Waukesha is the best. I dealt with sales expert Darren and he's so sincere and trustworthy. When I got there for my appointment, I vehicle was ready to go bright and shine. I test drove right away in less than 10 minutes. I'm looking forward to getting another vehicle from them by summer of next year 2024.

Dealer doesn't stand behind there product

onMy wife and I were looking for a reliable used car, so we decided to go with a Dealer instead of used car lots or private sales. Tim the salesman brought us out a couple of cars over a couple of weeks, on 7/22/23 he brought us out a vehicle that meet our needs and below are price level that we were wanting to go to. He took it back to the dealer and arranged financing , we went with the dealers because they had better terms then out own bank .On 7/26/23 we took delivery we went thru the paper work with them and they gave us the safety check with them, they told us about some repairs that were done before the purchased and also listed that there were no other concerns with the vehicle, list one as no major oil leaks. we paid full price on the vehicle that they listed on the widow sticker. We left the dealer and went home that was a wednesday night we live just a few miles from the dealer and did'nt have any problems, on Friday night we went out for dinner and while on the freeway the car started to act up almost losing steering at highway speeds, we got the vehicle home on Saturday I contacted the dealer and we told to take it in to the service department on Monday, On Monday they looked at it and found that the tech that worked on it left bolts loose causing us the problem with the lose of steering. On August we left for a trip up north for a week vacation we made it to Greenbay before breaking down, I tried to contact nick ithe used car manager to try to help us since we had just purchased the car and we had some kind of warranty but could never get thru and got no returned calls, finally we had to have it towed to the Ford dealer in Greenbay and rent a car to continue with are vacation. Again on Monday I tried to contact Nick the used car manager looking for help again no return calls, it took the dealer 4 days to get the vehicle repaired the alternator had to be replaced, when picking up the vehicle I talked with the tech who worked on it , because when I got the paper work the dealer in Greenbay stated that there are major oil leaks on the vehicle which in his words cause the alternator to short out since it was covered in oil. at the time of break down we had 464 miles on the vehicle. On Monday 8/20/2023 I went to the dealer to see what should be done about the oil leak and took it in the next day , They had to replace all of the intake manifold gaskets and valve cover gaskets ( something that should of been taken care of before the sale since safety NO oil leaks) again i tried to talk with nick but could not get ahold of him , I talked with my salesman and he told me nick says that I should quite calling him. When I picked up the vehicle i paid a 100.00 towards the repair, I went to talk with nick in person but he wasn't in i spoke with the other used car manager john about what they were going to do about the cost of the repairs that i paid to get the car fixed and then rental I had to pay since we were on vacation out of town, his response was that he would buy the car back, because we got such a good deal on it even though we paid FULL price on the window sticker, I told him that didn't solve anything he told me that he had to check with the boss and get back to me, now after almost a month and serval calls and messages left for him NO ONE from the dealer has tried to contact me or take my calls. I probably sending this to deaf ears but i guess i'll find out

Griffen Ford might be doing something illegal

onGriffen Ford is doing something illegal. ..that is just my guess. I have bought 2 vehicles from them and both have had countless issues. My most recent problem is my 2017 for explorer that was "blue certified". I only bought this vehicle due to the fact that my other truck "bought from Griffen" was broken down. They said that parts were a year out and that they had no rentals available for me to drive....so with my back against the wall they somehow got me a second vehicle loan with a 600 credit score..how. I am not sure still. Anyway I took my unwanted explorer home and noticed there was a small crack in the windshield of the "blue certified vehicle" and also upon drive more I noticed the transmission is on its way out. Maybe nd you the test drive was great. Car operated a lot harder just weeks after owning it. I expressed these things to Ford and they wouldn't even think about how to help me. Only after I left a bad review did they even talk to me and man were they desperate to get that review down. But yet they wouldn't accommodate me or help me until after I took the review down. I stated multiple times that I had no problem taking down I just said it wouldn't be taken down until I saw some concrete proof of the "help" they were going so supposedly give me. Now I am being forced to ither file bankruptcy or surrender the unwanted explorer that was used to take advantage of me. I have a mild for of autism and don't do well under a lot of pressure. I understand that this situation is also partly my fault because I should have had a healthy mind with me but my truck broke down right next to Ford and I was on my way to work and was by myself. So sad how these people made and effort to ruin my life just for a weekly pay check. We should be helping each other. Instead we are only ourlt for ourselves. Griffen for is by far the worst buying experience I have ever had at any establishment for any item. Jp is a lying manipulative piece of work. Do not trust him

onI spoke with Peter, their truck specialist in October of 22. He helped me order a new Superduty. Peter was very helpful and kept me informed of the truck’s progress during the build. Once the truck came in, we met to finalize the deal. I was offered a fair price for my trade in. The entire purchasing experience was what car or truck buying should be. I highly recommend them for your new purchase.

onThis is our 3rd vehicle purchase from Griffin Ford. We are no nonsense buyers. We've researched what fair traded ins should be, prior to coming in. All three have been with a fair trade allowance. Tim Goggins has been our Salesman on past 2 purchases. He works well with our system of purchasing. Once we narrowed down what we wanted, he was able bring in a car from another Ford dealer that met our needs. I can recommend both Griffin Ford and Tim Goggins.
